"I ordered a penne vodka with grilled chicken, which is exactly as it is described on their menu and on DoorDash. When I received my order, I found bacon in my food, which is a problem as I have a bacon allergy. They claimed it was not their responsibility and told me to contact DoorDash. I understand that, but I will make sure to inform others that this restaurant needs to improve and take care of their customers, whether they are dining in or ordering delivery. All I wanted was a penne vodka pasta, so why is there bacon in it? This is not what I expected from them."

Food is usually pretty good but I ordered food for pickup and when I got back with it there was a mosquito squashed into the pickle. Pretty gross not gonna lie.

The manager I think Henrick was his name, super nice guy, made my food experience so much better. Definitely will be coming here more because of him! And food was super gooood!

Great pizza at a reasonable price. Great service as well. I dropped my social security card while I was picking up. An employee named Henry tracked both my boyfriend and I down via Facebook in order to return the card to me, thankfully, because I happened to be starting new employment that required it. First time getting the pizza. It's so good!! Will order again 06/19/2020 I’m adding More stars to my review. Thank you planet pizza for making such awesome “rib sticking good” food. Wow. The pizza is great and and so was the meatball parmigiana sub. Wow so good!!! And the nice delivery man was even earlier than the time it gave me. Definitely worth it keep up the great work guys. ESP during this crazy time
