"I went to this restaurant on 12/23/23. The food and service were excellent. My only complaint is regarding the dessert we ordered. Our waiter, Charles, mentioned they had cheesecake and tableside banana foster for the cheesecake. When I ordered it, it was clear they did not understand what tableside meant. He simply brought my cheesecake and a bowl of banana foster and poured it on top. I was very disappointed with this. We also tried the bread pudding, which was a bit dry and could have used some sauce or other topping. However, if you skip dessert, the rest of the meal is fantastic. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"aht aht! find another pizza place. I ordered a cheese Sicilian pizza and a Greek salad. the pizza crust was burned to a dark crack. When I went to the test, it was crispy like hard brezels and it was cold. I had hoped to satisfy my hunger with the Greek salate I bought, and that was also terribly thrown together. the one sharp pfeffer that they put in it tastes as if it is soaked in a kind of poisonous chemical, the egg looked like a large lump feta cheese, had no egg yolk and was not cut, but pulled apart. the dressing taste as if she oil from her frit and mix it with white table. I spoke to someone under the name bruno to tell him how disappointed I was and he was so ignorant and nonchalant. I will never spend my hard-earned money there again. oh and to supplement injuries, bruno has ordered the place. on its own risk."

"On the other hand, the Pepperoni slice was quite lacking in flavor, and I could barely taste the cheese. In contrast, the Chicken Alfredo pizza was fantastic! It's rare to find a place that nails a good Alfredo pizza, but they definitely succeeded here. You can really taste the chicken, broccoli, cheese, and the Alfredo sauce all coming together beautifully. This dish significantly boosted my overall impression of the restaurant. The staff who took my order were patient and very accommodating, providing excellent customer service. Overall, I highly recommend Master Pizza West Orange, especially their Chicken Alfredo pizza, to anyone in the West Orange or Orange area!"

"Nice seating area inside and outside of the restaurant. They offer a large variety of basic pizzeria items. I ordered grilled chicken salad. The salad was fresh, but the chicken was super dry. More like bread crumbs. Very courteous counter clerk/server. They do seem like having the equipment to bake nice Neapolitan pizza. Not sure why they don't? About 25% expensive."

"The food is always fresh and delicious. Everything is delicious and fresh..Don’t believe anyone that says the food was not right because they are lying. Those people is just picky. I have been getting their food for over 15 years and I know it’s longer than and have no complaints. They have a pizza that is soo huge and all their sizes you get big slices of pizza. They only take cash but its ok. The club sandwich is huge with enough bacon(everything is soo fresh). This place is definitely 10 stars five is too low for them. The people are soo nice always believe me. I will always come here. I had to do a review because I saw a bad one."

"As someone from NYC who's particular about pizza, I was pleasantly surprised to find a place close to home that hits the mark. The prices are great, and the pizza is outstanding. I was particularly impressed by the generous toppings. The large slices of Portobello mushrooms were a highlight, the broccoli was cooked perfectly, the artichokes were flavorful, and even the pineapple (which I usually don't prefer) added a nice touch. This has quickly become my favorite spot in Stamford—forget about the pricier places! You absolutely must try the garlic knots and the zeppole; they're incredible."

"Lots of places in the area to Choose from..... Pizza I ordered was a margarita it was surprisingly good. I did not get a pic bc I was starving sorry. I wish I had bc it is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. I ordered a small which could feel 2 ppl My main issue was with delivery and my wings:(see photo). The wings were supposed to be extra wet and BBQ.... the fact that 1 3 aren't even covered is pretty sad. I asked about ranch and the man informed me they were 1oz ramekins and so I asked for extra... they were 3.5oz ramekins so paid extra for something because they store didn't give to correct info which is written on the container: . (what a waste of money and the store should know it's products.)The delivery took about and hour had issues with the driver leaving the food contactless. I was staying at a hotel and just asked they leave the food at the front desk and they still had issues... I had informed the front desk of my delivery and they were expecting it but the driver called me several times trying to get me to come and get it.They Didn't leave a receipt (which I asked for) or napkins which I also asked for. With covid going on and money being tight for a lot of people it just felt like a waste of money. I would recommend elsewhere."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant when I took my mother out for her birthday dinner. The wings were some of the best I've had in a long time—savory and juicy, without needing any sauce on the side. My husband loved his chopped salad with grilled chicken, and I was really pleased with my new salad, also featuring grilled chicken. Our waitress, Stephanie, was very attentive and surprised my mother-in-law with a slice of cheesecake topped with a candle. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with a relaxed decor. "I went back and I brought friends! I've been telling everyone about how good their meatballs were so I came out with some friends to put my money where my mouth was. We ordered: cherry pepper fried calamari, a little spicy but fried calamari tossed with a couple of different peppers including jalapeño and a huge dallop of ricotta in the middle. My favorite of the night mozzarella en carozza, deep fried cheese triangles but not like mozzarella sticks at all. Also very nice baked clams, exactly that, wasn't crazy about them but they weren't bad. They just didn't compare to the other dishes veal parmigiana with penne, delicious and a huge portion my friends orders the chicken taormina and were blown away after the first bite Customer service was incredible as always. The patrons all seemed to know each other and the people that worked there. Our servers were super attentive. There was a little wait for a table but I definitely see why: incredible food and impeccable service, such a family friendly and homey atmosphere. Can't wait to come back"

"The positives: The Grandma pizza is thin, crispy, and packed with flavor. The Chicken Parmesan pan pizza is rich and satisfying, with perfectly breaded chicken and a great balance of ingredients. The negatives: The BBQ chicken pizza is a soggy disaster. The chicken is not breaded, and instead of being drizzled on top, the BBQ sauce gets mixed into the cheese, making it watery. I wonder if the excessive amount of onions might be contributing to the sogginess. I’m so let down that I can't see myself ordering from there again anytime soon. Service: Delivery."

"I ordered online from here last week and never received my food. The order status was perpetually stuck on being made, even after the restaurant closed. I tried calling a couple times, but it always went to voicemail and I never got a call back. I assumed they were extra busy due to the crowds from PAX East, but still expected to be contacted and refunded if my order could not be completed. I tried emailing them the next day and never heard back from that either, but I was still charged for the food I didn't receive. Very disappointing."

"I also ordered a sausage hero and called ahead to ask if they included sauce on the sandwich. They assured me it would be on the side, which was perfect since I didn’t want any. But to my surprise, they added the sauce anyway. On top of that, the bread was so hard that it could have cracked a tooth. When I received my food, the container and receipt were stained with tomato sauce, and it wasn’t packed properly. How could they not seal my order? Customers need to feel secure that their food hasn’t been tampered with, especially with food spilling out of the packaging. The only thing that looked decent were the zeppolis, but I didn’t want to risk eating them after everything that happened. I was really upset because I was starving and ended up having to settle for a can of soup."
