"I called to celebrate my son's birthday and, being quite last minute with my reservation after a day at the zoo, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating Master Pizza was—what a lifesaver! They managed to accommodate our party of 20 on such short notice. Midch and Scarlen were wonderful hostesses as soon as we arrived; they were incredibly attentive and made everyone feel welcomed, especially my children and family. Jermaine was also very helpful, ensuring that the music created a fantastic atmosphere. The food was delicious and served promptly! The venue was perfect for our celebration—private, clean, and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this place for family gatherings; I rate it a solid 10/10!"

I’m sorry to say that I was disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a simple pizza, but it lacked any Italian spices. How can a pizza be made without oregano or basil? The chefs really need to understand Italian cuisine better.

Normally Master pizza is good but it's going down hill since all of the inflation. I ordered an Italian sausage with provolone and received a Italian hotdog with no cheese. If you don't have something call back and say that. Also, I ordered a eggplant Parm and there was next to no sauce on the sandwich. It doesn't pay to eat out anymore. Make your favorites at home smh

Normally, Master pizza is very good. I have ordered many pizzas over the years. Lately, the pizzas have been horrible due to the stingy use of toppings. They barely use toppings and it looks like the you are just getting baked dough. Cutting costs by not using sause and skimping on the cheese and other toppings is not good. Govt worker here. Sadly I have been ordering from you guys for years. The last few experiences have been horrible. The delivery guy always takes over in hour to deliver 5 mind away. When he arrives the pizza is cold and looks separated. Worse experience ever. I called everytime 3 to 4 times. I even spoke to management they offered Nothing for the inconvenience, I always tip my drivers well.. Highly disappointed ?

I love the chicken cheesy cheesesteak placed on a soft Italian roll with the works of mayo, ketchup, green peppers, red peppers, and onions. Being new to the area, my family and I needed a delicious and quick meal after a long heavy move. I was so happy ? my family chose Master Pizza. The staff was friendly and understanding especially because we had a large order with so many different food choices...smh?????. I hope your experience will be the same as mines simple AMAZING!!!!!

We recently moved to the area and decided to try Master Pizza. We have read the reviews, but a lot of reviews were associated with the delivery, so we decided to pick up and give them a chance. We ordered at 7:00 and were told our order would be ready in 20 minutes. Our food was not ready until 19:40. We didn't care as long as the pizza was good. Unfortunately not. Something was wrong with the sauce. We couldn't figure it out, but it was like nothing we? ve ever cost. That's one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. View menu

While the pizza was satisfying, it was the exceptional customer service that prompted me to write this review. Midche took my order over the phone and provided outstanding service. I typically dislike ordering pizza over the phone, as I'm often met with rudeness and impatience. However, I can honestly say that in my more than 10 years of ordering food, Midche provided the best customer service I've experienced. Her kindness and warm energy shone through the phone, and everything turned out exactly as I requested!

On the other hand, the Pepperoni slice was quite lacking in flavor, and I could barely taste the cheese. In contrast, the Chicken Alfredo pizza was fantastic! It's rare to find a place that nails a good Alfredo pizza, but they definitely succeeded here. You can really taste the chicken, broccoli, cheese, and the Alfredo sauce all coming together beautifully. This dish significantly boosted my overall impression of the restaurant. The staff who took my order were patient and very accommodating, providing excellent customer service. Overall, I highly recommend Master Pizza West Orange, especially their Chicken Alfredo pizza, to anyone in the West Orange or Orange area!
