"On the other hand, the Pepperoni slice was quite lacking in flavor, and I could barely taste the cheese. In contrast, the Chicken Alfredo pizza was fantastic! It's rare to find a place that nails a good Alfredo pizza, but they definitely succeeded here. You can really taste the chicken, broccoli, cheese, and the Alfredo sauce all coming together beautifully. This dish significantly boosted my overall impression of the restaurant. The staff who took my order were patient and very accommodating, providing excellent customer service. Overall, I highly recommend Master Pizza West Orange, especially their Chicken Alfredo pizza, to anyone in the West Orange or Orange area!"

"I usually order a cheesesteak hoagie with everything no mustard which is usually GREAT but idk if they have someone new cooking but every single time i order now they get it wrong . I just had a cheesesteak hoagie WITHOUT CHEESE ???? or condiments ????like no mayo , no ketchup , no salt , no pepper literally JUST meat , lettuce and tomatoes between bread . I called , they saidthey were closed and i told them I?m not ordering and that they messed up my order . They said bring it back . Before giving memy money back the owner inspected the food , agreed there?s no cheese then said that i didn?t ask for anything else i told him isaid everything no mustard and he said ?if you don?t say it we won?t put it on there? he offered to put the food back on thegrill lol but how would that taste ? So i said declined i told him this is the third time they?ve messed up my order the ownertold me ?then order somewhere else? as if that wasn?t next ???????? they?re terribly incompetent then sarcastic about it"

"I used to order from here frequently due to its convenience and decent food—just your typical pizza place. However, after our last experience, we won’t be ordering again. The customer service was poor. Our order arrived later than expected, which was frustrating enough, but the pizza was cold, and the fries were clearly sitting under the warmer for too long; they were completely soggy. The dipping sauce containers were even melted into the fries—what a mess! I tried to reach out to the restaurant to see if I could get a refund for the fries, but I received no response. Soggy fries and melted plastic—yum! I understand things can get busy, but the customer service really deserves a 0 out of 10."

"My husband and I had a Saturday date night to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant. From the moment we entered, we were treated like royalty. I had mentioned in the reservation that it was my birthday, and we were greeted with a beautiful birthday card along with a complimentary dessert later on. The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was top-notch. Our server Ashley made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy each course without feeling hurried. The calamari, clam chowder, and lobster tail were all exceptional. This restaurant left us with a fantastic first impression, and we can't wait to come back again."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time and I'm already looking forward to returning. The service was outstanding, with the staff consistently refilling our drinks. Our meals arrived promptly and were beautifully presented. Each dish was cooked to perfection. There were four of us, and we all ordered different items; everyone enjoyed their choice. Additionally, the prices were quite fair and reasonable given the quality and flavor of the food. While the drink prices were a bit on the higher side, you can always opt for water instead. Overall, we will certainly be back. This place was a delightful surprise!"

"We had a reservation for the following day but wanted to stop in and get a drink and a snack. We sat inside at the bar. (Last two seats. Very busy but very efficient). We had the pleasure of having Dylan as our bartender/server. He made one of the best Cosmos I have had. He was witty, knowledgeable and very engaged. The shrimp tempura roll was delicious and we were enticed into another delicious drink! Dylan was the best."

"I went here a few times but after the first few times the quality of the food keeps going down. I order the same thing every single time. I just got take out from there today. The potatoes were not fully cooked, the carrots of the steamed vegetableswere hard, there was a bone in my salmon, and my pita bread was cold. I feel like this is discrimination."

"We had a reservations for 5:45 and was seated right away. We were going across the street for a movie that started at 7:10. My husband ordered the rib special and I ordered a side salad. After 30 minutes we asked about our food because we didn't want to be late to the movie. We waited 15 more minutes for our food and had to shove it down our throat so we weren't late to the movie. Didn't make for an enjoyable dinner when we felt rushed to eat. My husband got a cream soda and it wasn't very good so he switched to a root beer. Wasn't as good as in the past."

"Our party of 4 arrived 15 minutes after opening and the whole inside of the restaurant was empty. As we proceeded to the host stand they told us that the whole restaurant was reserved... no explanation or anything. Then I went on my phone and made a reservation with open table and we were sat 30 minutes later. However upon arriving to our online reservation the host was very stand-offish and almost seemed mad that she had to give us a table. She sat there for a couple minutes just looking at the reservation and finally put us outside on the patio for a table big enough for 7 people. Our service was great our waitress was lovely but our initial experience was a train wreck. I suggest not going at 11:00 due to the train because if you're not part of it they will deny you at the host stand. This was on a Sunday."

"Lazy Days is walking distance from where we are staying and my husband loves their mozzarella sticks so we decided to walk over the other evening. The perk of Lazy Days is by far the ambiance and being able to sit on the water. To be perfectly honest, I found the food to be only okay this time. The service wasn't all that great either. This is the second time we have eaten here although, the previous time we ate inside and the service was amazing. This time, sitting outside it was different but I didn't really care because it was so gorgeous outside. My husband loved his food though both times so I could just not be ordering the right things. For example my son's fries were outstanding and the mozzarella sticks were really good but the crab cake was super wet and didn't seem to have a lot of crab meat. Basically it might be good to stick to some of the more simple or fried options. Can't beat the view though and we will continue to come back!"

"Came in to eat dinner with my family and I ordered some Quesabirrias. Let me tell you that what they serve is not considered a quesabirria. It looked gross too. Tried a little bit of the sauce and it is an enchilada sauce. Do yourself a favor and do not order it. There are other places that actually have them. When I spoke up about them not being quesabirrias the waitress was very dismissive and kept pushing me on eating them. She said she would talk to her manager. Manager never showed up. Instead he sent over the broth that the Quesabirrias are supposed to be dipped in. I told her again I didn 't want them and she got upset. Never been treated in such away and didn 't even get to order new food. There definitely was not a language barrier either as I am a Latina and had this conversation in Spanish with my server."

"I was extremely let down by my experience at this restaurant. The pasta I ordered was supposed to have fresh garlic, but instead it had garlic powder. The peppers and onions on my hero sandwich were not spicy, and my dessert was placed on top of the hot food during delivery, causing it to melt. I hope that if I choose to dine here again in the future, my experience will be better."

"I recently had another amazing Cheesesteak Stromboli from Star, and I can't get enough! I used to be a devoted customer of M.T.P., but my last three orders from there were either wrong or served cold. Star truly deserves a perfect 10! This place is outstanding! The staff is always a delight to talk to on the phone, and placing an order is effortless. My food consistently arrives hot, fresh, and with a smile. Everyone I've dealt with has been fantastic. Other pizza places could really learn a thing or two about making great pizza and delivering excellent customer service. "Saturday night, bar was very empty and the indoor area had maybe 2 people inside. Waiter took our drink order, brought the wrong drink, took 30 mins to bring the drinks. Said the bartender was in the weeds so that is why it took so long. Round 2 of drinks, again took forever and again we were told they were slammed busy (again, maybe 10 people at the bar one other small party inside) Food came out burnt, spinach dip was a block of cream cheese with spinach blobbed in it.. horrible. Watched a take out order get dropped on the floor by the bar, the employee picked the food up that hit the floor, put it back into the container and send it out. Disgusting They had plenty of staff hanging out in the kitchen area laughing, playing around and ignoring customers. Would never come back here again. Service sucked, food sucked, drinks were wrong and the waiter was just making excuses for a clearly sinking ship. Need new staff who actually come to work, to work. Now I know why they weren 't busy. They are horrible"

"The gentleman taking my order was very personable and his customer service is the only reason I gave this place 3 stars or else it would have been lower. Some boss lady working there was snapping back at him for no good reason and his calm demeanor was admirable. I ordered the special of the day to-go: a medium size lobster roll with one side (I chose onion rings). The lobster looked like it was literally just slung in the roll, all haphazardly placed. No seasoning, no mayo, no flavor, no butter on the roll, nothing (wish I took a picture because it didn't look like the ones others posted)...the barely toasted bread roll was so stale it literally fell apart when trying to pick it up. The lobster had a slight funky chemical taste to it like a type of cleaner product. And the onion rings tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp, mediocre at best, tepid temp and not crunchy. For expensive amount I paid I have serious buyers remorse though South Florida has some of the consistently worst restaurants so I'm not surprised. First time, last time."

"Did not have an enjoyable time.Arrived at four o 'clock or so. Sat down and ordered food. Seemed like a good atmosphere and service was prompt.Then the band started playing.And they were loud. Overwhelmingly loud. My smart watch told me that they played in excess of 110 decibels louder than a jackhammer.One of the children at our table started crying, the music was so loud. It was impossible to have a conversation, or even hear the servers.The mariachi band and servers were even wearing earplugs!Since the restaurant refused to turn down the volume (they were using speakers, on top of the horns), we left. Their security guard chased us outside and accused us of not paying, even though we didn 't even receive our food!The manager made us pay and take the food to go. She also suggested that we didn 't like the music because we were white...no, we didn 't like the ridiculous volume!The food was good, although it certainly wasn 't worth the price, headache, and likely hearing loss.Would. Not. Recommend.Kid friendliness: NOT very kid friendly."
