Master Pizza - Piatti

Pizza was ok. But think it would of much better if it was a fresher.

I spent a day back in New Jersey and had the chance to enjoy some authentic Jersey pizza. It made me nostalgic for my hometown of West Orange.

This review is mainly based on delivery. Do not tip delivery ahead of time as I called ahead for a designated delivery time and they were still really late. I suggest tipping at delivery to tip accordingly. Visualizza piatti

I just moved to Essex County. This pizza is superior. I went to the West Orange shop and the employees are a colorful group and seem very fun. Their customer service was good, and the pizza is SUPERIOR! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I’m sorry to say that I was disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a simple pizza, but it lacked any Italian spices. How can a pizza be made without oregano or basil? The chefs really need to understand Italian cuisine better.

This is a fantastic spot for pizza and subs. However, the dozen wings we ordered had a few that shouldn't really count towards the total. The salad was quite bland, but since I'm not a vegan, it didn't matter much to me. The deal of the day at $40 was an excellent choice for weekend football. You definitely have to give it a try! While the pizza was satisfying, it was the exceptional customer service that prompted me to write this review. Midche took my order over the phone and provided outstanding service. I typically dislike ordering pizza over the phone, as I'm often met with rudeness and impatience. However, I can honestly say that in my more than 10 years of ordering food, Midche provided the best customer service I've experienced. Her kindness and warm energy shone through the phone, and everything turned out exactly as I requested!

We recently moved to the area and decided to try Master Pizza. We have read the reviews, but a lot of reviews were associated with the delivery, so we decided to pick up and give them a chance. We ordered at 7:00 and were told our order would be ready in 20 minutes. Our food was not ready until 19:40. We didn't care as long as the pizza was good. Unfortunately not. Something was wrong with the sauce. We couldn't figure it out, but it was like nothing we? ve ever cost. That's one of the worst pizzas I've ever had.

On the other hand, the Pepperoni slice was quite lacking in flavor, and I could barely taste the cheese. In contrast, the Chicken Alfredo pizza was fantastic! It's rare to find a place that nails a good Alfredo pizza, but they definitely succeeded here. You can really taste the chicken, broccoli, cheese, and the Alfredo sauce all coming together beautifully. This dish significantly boosted my overall impression of the restaurant. The staff who took my order were patient and very accommodating, providing excellent customer service. Overall, I highly recommend Master Pizza West Orange, especially their Chicken Alfredo pizza, to anyone in the West Orange or Orange area! Visualizza piatti
