"After moving from bk to si two years ago, i was seriously missing bk style pizza and I swear this place has exactly that! I love their pizza because it has perfect crust that isn’t too thin too thick or too doughy or burnt. It also has perfect cheese to sauce ratio, not too much and not too little. I love their eggplant and olive toppings along with mixed pies of meats and veggies. I also love their calzones, pasta dishes and salads. In other words, literally every single thing i tried here has not disappointed me. The wait time is also not long for pickup and staff on the phone and in person are so friendly they really appreciate your business."

"I absolutely love visiting this pizza place! They have an excellent selection, and the food is delicious—the pizzas are crispy and not drenched in sauce. The staff is friendly and happy to offer recommendations if you're having trouble deciding what to order. I particularly enjoy their spinach slice, primavera slice, and lasagna slice. Anything and everything you eat here is the best, the quality in every ingredient, the portion size, the variety, etc. This place is a very inviting and welcoming atmosphere, and is wonderful for people with food allergies such a gluten intolerance and other allergies. They care for their customers, are very cleanly, and so much more. In the pictures are: potato croquettes, Sicilian slice, mozzarella sticks, and a grandma slice."

"I ordered a penne vodka with grilled chicken, which is exactly as it is described on their menu and on DoorDash. When I received my order, I found bacon in my food, which is a problem as I have a bacon allergy. They claimed it was not their responsibility and told me to contact DoorDash. I understand that, but I will make sure to inform others that this restaurant needs to improve and take care of their customers, whether they are dining in or ordering delivery. All I wanted was a penne vodka pasta, so why is there bacon in it? This is not what I expected from them."

"First of all excellent service !!! The waiter was amazing with checking in on us etc? On the other hand the food was perfect! The portions were good and it got me full. Price wise I think it?s affordable depending on what you order. My favorite dessert was the lemon sorbet. It was delicious and it was something that you just wanted more of. Overall I recommend this place to anyone that wants to dine in because it has both an excellent service and amazing food."

"This place is great..I can literally walk there they have the best vegan/gluten free pizza you will ever have in your life! If I had to drive hours to come here, I would. I have also recently tried the vegan/gluten free brownie it was so deceptive I would wager money that no one will be able to say that it is not milk or gluten. It was $6 for 1 brownie I thought was extremely high. If it were less, I would definitely get it much more often, but $12 for two is too high for me. At this point, I can make a batch myself... still in a pinch.. overtakes delicious. Come here if you're 1. Love good food, 2. Have food restrictions 3. Want to have the best pizza of your life. (Your BBQ sauce is to die for) They also have many not vegan / gluten free products as well as what they offer is incredible!!! You have to try, you won't be disappointed."

"The employee handled our food and prepared a new pizza without washing his hands after touching various items, such as papers, the register, and our payment. This is not only unappetizing and unsanitary, but also particularly concerning during a pandemic. I can't understand how this is deemed acceptable by the owner or manager. Additionally, he wasn't wearing a mask. While I realize that mask mandates may no longer be in place, it would still be wise for them to wear one to protect both their customers and the food. Many other restaurants continue to uphold this practice. At the very least, they should follow basic hygiene protocols and wash their hands before touching food. I cannot recommend this restaurant."

"I've been ordering from Baldwins since 2017, and I can't believe it took me so long to write a review. They are consistently excellent! We place orders from our office almost every week, and whenever we visit friends, we always bring a variety of dishes that create a joyful atmosphere. My personal favorite is the individual pie topped with arugula and prosciutto. The staff who answer the phone are always friendly, and the fact that we've never received a bad dish after so many orders speaks volumes about their consistency. Even during the pandemic, they kept their doors open and delivered to our office. We absolutely love Baldwins!"

"The food is great, but when there was a problem with my order, the restaurant didn’t reach out to me directly; instead, they made the dasher call me! I ordered nearly an hour ago, and my food still isn’t out for delivery—by now, I should already be done eating! This is my second time ordering from them here, and it’s likely to be my last. "I will NEVER and when I say NEVER I mean NEVER order from here again ! I’ve ordered from this place numerous amount of times, but this time the food was HORRIBLE, I ordered the Wood (inwood) special, order the food at 4:22 didn’t receive it until 5:47. Pizza pie was cold ! Wasn’t even hot at all but I still decided to heat it up and not complain because my kids needed to eat, the were okay until I finally seen that it was chicken feathers in my chicken (on the last wing at that imagine how annoyed I am at that point) THEN TO OPEN THE SALAD ! And see square cheese pieces cut into a decoration with OLD thick Salami meat in it had me livid ! I called the slice app and they spoke with them I was on hold and informed the restaurant said it was nothing they could do BUT offer me 50% off my next purchase (as if I was ever gonna order from them again) then I called the restaurant MYSELF ! I could hear the owner in the back telling the man that he’d call me back avoiding to get on the phone I let him know that I didn’t need a call back and that I would inform the health department of this because it is no way I should have received food like that! They called slice back which made them contact me saying it’s the company policy to come get the food to see if they will give a refund and that they wanted to send a driver , I let them know to deliver the message to the owner it is no need my kids already ate majority of the pizza that I had to HEAT UP upon arrival and that I don’t have to prove anything to anyone and that I will still be proceeding with contacting the health department! Will HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE& FOOD !"
