"Been ordering once a week since COVID hit. Food is always hot, fresh, and good but lately the service just hasn 't been good. 3 times in a row while ordering on Silce or Doordash it says our order has been delivered but is not here. Then we call and theytell us they have our order or it 's in the oven. The time estimates are completely innaccurate because of this. I hope Fabio 'sisn 't doing this on purpose as a strategy to manipulate the wait times on the delivery apps. Not only does it confuse and worryus that our order was dropped off in the wrong location, I 'm sure Fabio 's gets tons of calls from people wondering the samething making the service even slower. I understand pizza places can get busy but waiting 2 hours or more for pizza week afterweek is getting frustrating."

"This place is completely horrible they it is so hot in this place they refuse to put air conditioning on you go in there and you got to stand in line because the guy behind the counter will just sit in the chair and completely ignore you when you're at the camera their customer service sucks their food is horrible and it's old and they got roaches in there so they leave all of their meat for their subs out all day long and that heat and I personally have been sick from it and then they charge you whatever they feel like charging you the one day I go in there the owner tells me it's $8 for 12 eggs done a few days later I go in there he tells me it's 399 for a dozen eggs this is just ridiculous this place is absolutely horrible"

"We ordered chicken franchise got a plain pizza. My husband was looking forward to chicken Franchaise and he won?t go near a plain pizza. When we got back home, the business was already closed. Not to mention the past few times we ordered they had the decency to honor my husband?s military discount. "I also ordered a sausage hero and called ahead to ask if they included sauce on the sandwich. They assured me it would be on the side, which was perfect since I didn’t want any. But to my surprise, they added the sauce anyway. On top of that, the bread was so hard that it could have cracked a tooth. When I received my food, the container and receipt were stained with tomato sauce, and it wasn’t packed properly. How could they not seal my order? Customers need to feel secure that their food hasn’t been tampered with, especially with food spilling out of the packaging. The only thing that looked decent were the zeppolis, but I didn’t want to risk eating them after everything that happened. I was really upset because I was starving and ended up having to settle for a can of soup."

"I absolutely love visiting this pizza place! They have an excellent selection, and the food is delicious—the pizzas are crispy and not drenched in sauce. The staff is friendly and happy to offer recommendations if you're having trouble deciding what to order. I particularly enjoy their spinach slice, primavera slice, and lasagna slice. I highly recommend it! If you're in the area, make sure to try one of their signature slices; you won't regret it and will definitely want to come back! Enjoy!"

"I typically enjoy the food at this restaurant, but my experience with the gluten-free chicken parm was disappointing. The chicken was extremely thin and overcooked, almost splintering. The sauce on the pasta was watery and running off. It was a shame that we drove all the way from Eatontown for the food. I'm not sure if we'll make that trip again. This used to be my go-to spot for gluten-free Italian food, but after giving it another chance on October 2nd, I was thoroughly disappointed. The pasta was undercooked, the sauce was unappetizing, and the meatballs were rubbery and lacked flavor. The gluten-free garlic bread was simply a toasted hot dog roll for $10. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. I recommend anyone in need of gluten-free options to look for another restaurant."

"Horrendous customer service. I spent over $50 for a salad and a pizza and a side of spaghetti for my kid. I asked for salad dressing on the side and parmesan on side for spaghetti. No dressing. No parmesan. My kid refused to eat the pasta and well who eats a salad with no dressing. Called the restaurant and they said sorry, we can 't bring your dressing. I asked if I 'm expected to eat a plain salad after spending $18 on this salad plus close to $10 in delivery fees, service fee and that 's not including the tip. They still said ummm sorry. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. It was like speaking to a teenager. Ummm sorry. This is ridiculous. I spent over $50 and couldn 't even enjoy my dinner with my kids. No salad dressing for my $18 salad. What kind of restaurant is this???Update: The manager said he would try to get a driver to bring my salad dressing. They never showed up."

"I discovered hair in my Chicken Parmigiana dinner, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've heard of something like this happening. I should have paid attention to the warnings, but I learned the hard way when I had hair in my mouth. I was really hungry, and this was the only restaurant nearby at the time. The back of the place was very dirty, and I would advise against using the bathroom, as it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I truly hope the health inspector pays a visit to this establishment. A friend of mine recently experienced food poisoning after dining here as well."

"New to the area, I received a coupon for a free large cheese pizza from Nick's. Normally I don't pay these any mind but decided to see if they had vegan options... And they do! I called and they honored the coupon if I paid difference in cost. I got a large pizza with vegan cheese (Daiya), vegan sausage crumbles and onions. It was great! The pizza is a very good size. My wife and I will get two meals each out of the pizza. I can't wait to try their Sicilian pizza next."

"I ordered a penne vodka with grilled chicken, which is exactly as it is described on their menu and on DoorDash. When I received my order, I found bacon in my food, which is a problem as I have a bacon allergy. They claimed it was not their responsibility and told me to contact DoorDash. I understand that, but I will make sure to inform others that this restaurant needs to improve and take care of their customers, whether they are dining in or ordering delivery. All I wanted was a penne vodka pasta, so why is there bacon in it? This is not what I expected from them."

"Called to place an order for delivery at 5:07 pm and the order never arrived until 6:43 pm! After calling twice to see where the driver was, they said they didn’t know.. when the food finally arrived the delivery driver drove away and was sight seeing!!! The food was good, not the best. The staff was irresponsible by not even calling us to let us know they were lost which we would have been more than happy to help assist with directions. "The best pizzeria in South Nassau! They took very good care of us during the pandemic and were always cheerful. You can't go wrong with anything you order. The whole wheat pizza is fabulous! For my birthday they sent me a coupon for a free personalized pan pizza. It was incredible and enough for 4. The slices were heavy because they are loaded with cheese. It blows away my memories of Pizzaria Uno. The calzones are old school Brooklyn. They are also very filling and made with good quality ingredients. The manager even called me to see how I liked the pizza. Once again, the best pizza on Long Island! Thank you, Mario's !"

"This place is great..I can literally walk there they have the best vegan/gluten free pizza you will ever have in your life! If I had to drive hours to come here, I would. I have also recently tried the vegan/gluten free brownie it was so deceptive I would wager money that no one will be able to say that it is not milk or gluten. It was $6 for 1 brownie I thought was extremely high. If it were less, I would definitely get it much more often, but $12 for two is too high for me. At this point, I can make a batch myself... still in a pinch.. overtakes delicious. Come here if you're 1. Love good food, 2. Have food restrictions 3. Want to have the best pizza of your life. (Your BBQ sauce is to die for) They also have many not vegan / gluten free products as well as what they offer is incredible!!! You have to try, you won't be disappointed."

"I ordered plain chicken and cheese quesadillas, but instead, we received one filled with an excess of onions and peppers and barely any chicken. We never asked for peppers and onions, which are not listed on their online menu— only chicken and cheese is specified. When I called to clarify that we didn't order those ingredients, especially since my husband has severe reactions to peppers, the man on the phone informed me that I would need to purchase another quesadilla to fix the issue. How is it my responsibility to buy another item when it was their error? They also forgot another item that was supposed to accompany my order. It's frustrating to think I have to spend more money for something that was their mistake. It feels wrong that they would take my money for an incorrect order without making an effort to resolve it. The quesadilla was untouched; we didn't eat it or request a replacement. We even offered to return it in exchange for the order we originally placed and paid for, but now it’s just in the trash, and I have to order something else for my husband. I feel cheated, and this experience was far from acceptable."
