"Literally would give ZERO stars if this let me! I wouldn’t suggest spending your time or money here. Staff is incredibly rude and the food is mediocre. We visited with our family of four including a baby with high chair and they sat us at a small booth in the corner next to the kitchen. Throughout the meal, the servers were incredibly rude about my toddler “being in the way” as if we had a choice of where we sat. Finally, I addressed the rudeness with the owner — who attempted to take no account … – show"

"Whenever I visit this restaurant, I'm always impressed by the value and quality they offer. The menu is fantastic, featuring a wide array of options. It's also very kid-friendly and has ample parking space, which is a huge plus since I typically drive a large truck and trailer and have never had trouble finding a spot. With smart choices from the menu, you can easily feed a large group or a small family for $20 or less. However, inside seating is limited, and during lunch hours, it often gets quite crowded. On warmer winter days, though, there’s plenty of picnic tables available for outdoor seating if that suits you. Just keep in mind that this review is my personal opinion, which is likely worth as much as you paid for it. Thank you!"

"After giving us only the options of 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation they kept us waiting half an hour. Although they were apologetic, they did not offer us a free after dinner coffee or any other sort of tangible apology. That kind of service does not encourage a return visit. The rest of the service was good, other than the waiter trying to suggest the Dom Perignon Champagne for $350 (he didn't tell us the price)."

"Place was completely packed which is a good problem to have. Waited til our reserved time. With a party of 6 they opted to put us in a standard booth that normally seats 4. So dinning was cramped. So where to begin with this place... Food: Over priced for a run of the mill experience there. Plates come to you bland and lacking. No garnish not eloquence whatsoever. Plate was just white with a tiny steak and 4 tiny Shrimp starring back at me. Shrimp was well seasoned, steak was over charred and it was easy to tell they do not monitor the grills temp. They could easily help them selves by adopting a sous vide setup. Had 2 orders of bacon Mac and cheese. Sauce was thin and they crumbled up a tiny bit of bacon that was put to a hard crisp on top. Pay less and go next door to the longhorn. Services: While they were busy I will say I noticed they cared more about those drinking alcohol at our table. My glass remained empty for 10 minutes until they saw an alcoholic beverage go dry. Only then did I get offered a refill. My beverage tasted very watered down or as of it wasn't carbonated very well. Price: everything there was top dollar. At least in their mind with pricing it is. Go here to pay double or even triple anywhere else just to be served a mediocre meal at best."

"I experienced excellent customer service and quick service at this restaurant. I ordered the Jumbo Shrimp, Chicken Chunks, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, a Roll, Wedges, and Biscuits. The shrimp was delicious, and I plan to try the famous hot sauce next time. The baked beans and coleslaw were also very tasty. However, I wasn't a huge fan of the biscuits, and the chicken chunks were just average. The wedges were good too. Overall, you won’t be disappointed if you give this place a try!"

"Longhorn steakhouse is really practicing safety measures. I was impressed. Social distancing and everyone entering and all staff wore masks. Masks were worn by customers until eating. The tables were six feet apart. No guest were close to each other. There was a station set up with cleaning supplies that I noticed employees frequently used. Keep up the good work. My family and I will be visiting again soon."

"Great place , good food quality. We were celebrating a Birthday. Only two critiques I have are the lighting where we were seated was bad, our cancel was burned out and the waiter was constantly pushing us to buy their specialty food and drinks. Constantly ? also I only ordered the salad bar which is phenomenal by the way) but the manager kept walking up on our table , I'm assuming to make sure I wasn't getting meat from my guests plates? I won't go back. The Birthday Girl was happy, but I was not and I paid the bill ?"

"3 of my friends and Iwent to Q on a Sunday evening during the Memorial day weekend. We ordered cocktails , they were all very good. Appetizers included spicy tuna, it smelled fishy, I almost didn 't eat them. Vietnamese Fish Cakes which were good. The lamb chops were good however, there were 3 per order, since there is were 4 of us I asked if we could get another chop.NO! the waitress answered abruptly. The order comes with 3. We will pay for an additional chop I responded. NO, if you want more you need to have another order. OK, forget it,I responded. I get it, this was a special request, but the place wasn 't busy and her attitude was not pleasant. The Seafood Lover dish was supposed to have blue sea scallop, shrimp, crab meat, calamari, crunchy noodle, herbal brandy red curry sauce. What we got was a dish that smelled fishy, had no shrimp and one piece of artificial crab meat and 2 -3 pieces of squid. My friend and I looked at each other and asked, should we eat this. It was Very disappointing and the next day I had mild digestive issues. We also had drunken noodles and basil chicken and sesame duck all were good. My friend, who recommend Q , has been here before and found the meals enjoyable. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. "I visited a few weeks ago and had a positive experience overall. The service was fantastic—warm and attentive, which made ordering a breeze. The food was tasty; I ordered a double cheeseburger that I found to be decent in flavor and size. However, my rating is average due to the pricing and limited menu options. I felt the prices were somewhat high compared to other places, especially since there were no combo meals available. Additionally, if you buy a $4 10oz small cup, you're allowed only one free refill, which seems a bit excessive for the portion size. Overall, I think the pricing could be more competitive given the quantity and servings provided."

"This place looks great and the service is great. We went on Father’s Day which was super busy so it took a while to get our food which is expected. Their chicken soup has been the best I’ve ever had and I haven’t had one quite like theirs. We ordered their all American hash and the potatoes aren’t seasoned so it was just ok. Their biscuits and gravy are some of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried many. My husband ordered the chilaquiles which were good but the tortilla chips don’t hold up very well they get soggy really quickly. We also took some of their donuts to go and those were just ok. Their lattes are really good we def will be coming back!"

"The food here was phenomenal! The place was clean, relatively small but overall good atmosphere. It was a casual dining experience where you order at the front area and then pay there after. I ordered shrimp and grits and it was delicious! Only reason why I took a star off was because I was charged an extra 21% on my bill so be mindful of that when you come in. It was 3% service charge, 15% gratuity(not sure what the difference is) and 3% for credit card(place does not accept cash transactions). So just be mindful of that and ready to pay 21% of your total for service fees. I do think this is a bit much considering this isn’t a sit down restaurant where you are strictly getting service from your table. All the server really does at the table is bring your food. We were not checked on at all and had to request boxes. We also cleaned our table as well. So bare minimum service provided."

"The two girls working the front were amazing. Such sweet girls and put up with such nasty people at times. Food was excellent and any questions I had the girls pulled out a cheat book they had. I ordered Shrimp chop suey Fried won ton Crab Rangoon Beef fried rice Pan fried noodles (no egg) Sesame seed balls Beef... something, I can 't remember And 2 push the marble into the bottle drinks. "We traveled to Gastons's Bistro for lunch in late August 2024. This was our experience. Look and feel: The restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms. It is located at one end of a strip mall. It was quiet inside with maybe two other occupied tables. It is smallish inside with about twice as many tables in the outdoor patio area. Parking and accessibility: There is plenty of parking with some handicap only parking. Service: Service was excellent. It was friendly, and attentive. The staff was patient as we explained our gluten allergy as they suggested what and how dishes could be modified. Food quality: One of our guests had to return a meatloaf dish because there was something in the flavoring that they just could not stomach. All of us noticed that there was no flavor to the mashed potatoes. A little salt or pepper mixed into the mash would have helped. It was instead immersed in a brown gravy. The fried catfish had a thick batter that made it difficult to enjoy the fish flavor. One in our party really liked their grilled catfish."

"This restaurant is incredibly loud! They have drummers playing every five minutes for one birthday celebration after another, along with the constant clattering of metal spatulas. Because of this noise, I will not be returning. The food was overcooked and dry overall, though the steak was the only dish cooked to a perfect medium rare—tender and delicious. The lobster was acceptable, but both the shrimp and chicken were overcooked, and almost all dishes were smothered in various sauces. The chicken fried rice was decent, and I recommend trying the vegetables without any sauce. Although the waiter did his best to keep up, the drinks were slow to arrive. The chef was entertaining and generously squirted sake throughout the meal. Overall, I would rate the experience as follows: Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Sushi rolls, lobster."

"We made a reservation at 7 got pushed back an hour and thirty then when we get there our table wasn’t ready still and wait 20 extra minutes and when asked about the table it was already ready but we had to wait for her to get it ready then we waited another 5 cuz she was talking to co-workers in front of us, but besides that the food was great and the servers were great too and made everything good."

"This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is very good but the main reason we keep coming back is the fantastic service we get every time. Every employee is friendly and accommodating. It is so refreshing to see a restaurant who really goes all out to make its customers happy! "Food....lots of food! Everything is served family style so come with 3-5 people. We went with just 2 of us and had leftovers. The food was delicious. Our waitresses was very nice. The walls are very busy to keep you entertained with so much to look at. And dont forget the dessert! The colossal brownie Sundae was huge!!! Delicious but huge!!"

"We went to celebrate my birthday and, while I’ll admit it has been several years since I dined indoors at this restaurant, I couldn’t believe the decline… Restaurant was practically empty and service was still lacking and the food, for the price, lacked value. I even mentioned we were celebrating my birthday in my reservation but nobody ever asked us if we were celebrating anything used to LOVE this place, kinda made me sad and miss the good ole days!"
