"Crosse's restaurant is a nice place to get a good meal. It is a clean, well managed establishment. The bathroom was tidy and that's after a small crowd, so definitely a plus. There were not a lot of people at the time of day we ate there (after the lunch rush so it was quiet and peaceful. They even turned down the music when asked. The waitress was wonderful with her smile, great attitude, and friendly recommendations. The food was good, decidedly Louisiana choices. (My son-in-law is going to like it! His opinion will be the real test. The sauce their chef apparently makes is very unique and really tasty. The only negative is that the fresh fish was overcooked, therefore tough. Overall, I'd say yes, try it out and take your friends. Price wise it's on the medium to high side, so if that's a consideration, you might think twice. On the other hand, it's definitely not copycat, cheap quality fast food either."
