"I had high hopes but sadly, the meal was not okay. I ordered online to pickup and sent my hubs. It was my fault for not telling him about the kids drinks but they also weren't placed out for him to grab (apple juice boxes). There were 5 meals and only 2 were correct, my husband's meal and 1 of the kids meals. Each meal was to include chips and salsa, none was in our bags. I called, explained and was offered a refund but asked to only be refunded the meals that were wrong. I do plan on going back since we all make mistakes but I will be cautious."

"I occasionally pick up orders from this restaurant through DoorDash, and sometimes I also get food for myself. However, I've noticed that my experience is likely to change. Every time I visit the store, the staff can be quite snarky and honestly a bit rude. The food is decent, but it doesn't really compensate for the poor service. Additionally, I've had quite a few instances where my orders have been incorrect. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 4."

"I had some issues with my DoorDash order but Mitchell, whom I think was a manger, was absolutely wonderful in politely telling me it was an issue with DoorDash but also was very polite in explaining the policy of why she was unable to fix the situation.However after the extremely polite way of telling me no? she was even nicer by fixing my coffee and talking me through usingDoorDash next time for delivery. The issue being the limited menu DoorDash offers and trying to customize a different drink tobe the one I normally get direct from Dunkin. Hopefully DoorDash will start offering the full menu to include the Carmel Craze"
