"I had some issues with my DoorDash order but Mitchell, whom I think was a manger, was absolutely wonderful in politely telling me it was an issue with DoorDash but also was very polite in explaining the policy of why she was unable to fix the situation.However after the extremely polite way of telling me no? she was even nicer by fixing my coffee and talking me through usingDoorDash next time for delivery. The issue being the limited menu DoorDash offers and trying to customize a different drink tobe the one I normally get direct from Dunkin. Hopefully DoorDash will start offering the full menu to include the Carmel Craze"

Finally got good donuts but inside was dirty. Front glass door has not been cleaned in weeks. Tables were sticky and had hair like a monkey was shaved on top. Floor looked like a gas station. Ugh

This place is about the only place I know that has 5 employees inside and still takes forever to get through the drive through. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place if your in a hurry on your way to work or something important. View menu

Me and my daughter went tonight for a little treat. They were out of a few thing, no biggie. However, the donuts I did receive for stale. Not to mention when I requested a shake, the employee said she wasn't going to make it because she was the only one there.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a couple of donuts for a special person who works nearby, but the cashier was unfriendly and rude. To make matters worse, the donuts were stale and not fresh at all, especially for a holiday weekend! What a letdown!

When I inquired about the donuts in the display case, the clerk confirmed that they were made the previous day. So, the donuts I purchased at 7 PM yesterday were actually made 36 hours prior. This is the worst Dunkin doughnuts I have ever experienced. Could not even get a simple order together and in the bag to be picked up by DoorDash. Tried calling the store numerous times but they never answered the phone. Decided to go into the storeand was told yeah we have some problems with our phone. When I asked for a manager or a phone number for the district manager Iwas given an old receipt with a highlighted email address. It is so unfortunate that this place is so poorly managed. Pleasestand clear of this location.

I got thebreakfast grilled cheese with tomato presto, hash browns, and a regular iced coffee with cream. Everything was excellent.
