"By 10:45, we started to wonder where our food was. When we asked the waitress, she informed us it would take another five to ten minutes. Meanwhile, we observed people at the counter enjoying their meals, and others who arrived after us were receiving their orders. By 11 am, we decided to leave due to the extended wait. When we informed the waitress, she simply said "okay," with no apology or acknowledgment of our frustration.
Just then, our food finally arrived, so we sat back down. The omelet was hot, but the quiche was at room temperature, likely reheated from earlier. The apples in the stuffed French toast were straight out of the refrigerator, cold to the touch. I inquired about the cold apples, and our waitress seemed indifferent to the issue. Thankfully, another waitress, who had delivered our food, noticed the problem and took both plates back to provide us with fresh, hot food, apologizing for the oversight.
However, our original waitress never offered any apology for the delays or the quality of our meal, and we didn't receive any discount for the poor service or food. This visit was truly disappointing overall, and to top it off, you have to go outside to access the bathroom. We won’t be returning to this restaurant again."
