"Great place to get a burger and fries. The prices are outstanding for what you get. Perfect amount of fries not too much or too little and you can upgrade to curly fries for cheap, like $1 more or something. I got the biggest burger they have with curly fries and a drink and it came out to $14! You can't beat that anywhere. And my order was ready fast. Not too fast which lets you know that it wasn't sitting around. Double thumbs up for this place, if my feet had thumbs I would give them four.Parking: Lots of places to park, enough room to roll up and park with my trailer no problem with other people parked and another guy parked with his dump trailer."

"Nestled in a tiny hut of a cafe, Latte Luv charms with its quaint exterior and endearing name. My husband's caramel latte drew praises for its rich flavor, though my experience with the chai tea latte left me yearning for a stronger chai essence. The allure extended to their chocolate chip cookies, which, while tasty, were only slightly warmed, falling short of expectations. Moreover, my frustration peaked with the online ordering system, which automatically applied a 15% tip. While I appreciate the convenience, the tipping policy felt unwarranted for a simple beverage and cookie transaction. I removed the tip at first but then had to go out of the cart and when I went back in I forgot to remove it again. I was very peeved. Please make it so the tip isn't applied automatically please. In essence, Latte Luv embodies charm and potential, but refinement in both beverage quality and tipping practices would elevate the overall experience."

"What a fun restaurant that was made even better by creative dishes, a great atmosphere and exceptional service. There were so many delicious choices and each was better than we expected. Poke tacos, mexican corn ravioli and the warm donuts for dessert were all standouts. The front bar is a bit crazy but once you enter the restaurant it is much calmer and relaxed. Service was a highlight with our bus person constantly replacing plates and refilling water. I haven't had service this exceptional in a while even at 5 star Vegas restaurants. If you are looking for something a little different but with perfect execution, you have to try this place!"

"Service was outstanding, food was delicious, music was terrible, I told our waitress, they need different music, many people have complained, they had club music, it makes you very anxious the whole time your there. Good for a hamburger place perhaps. When you spend 250 dollars, I expect relaxed atmosphere, maybe frank sinatra, or Michael buble. I think that would have made a huge difference! Please inform them to change music."

"My wife and me ordered chef’s selection, Omakase, with tenderloin. 7 courses and deserts. Come hungry because the portions are generous. Timing of food delivery was great and the runners gave excellent explanations for every item. The black cod did not disappoint and the tenderloin was amazing. So many cold items, sashimi and sushi were amazing. Highly recommend the dining experience. Thanks to Daniel for an amazing experience. Let us know if we need to buy some more hats, haha."

"we’ve dined at zuma many times and they have all been excellent (food service). this time, the service was lacking. and on mother’s day of all days. starting at the hostess station, i checked in and she asked if all party of 8 were present. i said that it’s a party of 2. i had to call twice to make sure it was changed from 8 to 2 because the app wouldn’t let me make the change. when i said i had to call twice one of the hostesses laughed in my face. what was so funny? was the fact that i had trouble funny to you? i just glared at her and her smile quickly disappeared. i didn’t do or say anything at the time because my mom is much nicer than me and she said to let it go. please do better at training your people, zuma management."

"We celebrated our wedding anniversary in Vegas and had trevi for dinner it was AMAZING!! The food was delicious and great portion sizes the view next to the fountain was beautiful, I would say the only negative I found was our waitress wasn’t attentive to our table, it was busy I understood that but the table next to us with a family of she was constantly checking on always making sure they were pleased just wish we had that same energy towards us but other then that it was perfect"

"Placed a special order and did receive what I ordered. I called them and informed the said to be manager who took my order and she said she will write my name down and when I return they will correct it. This is not a location that I often visit so when I attempted to get my order corrected and the now said to be only manager Jimena said you only have 3 days after the error to pick it up. (This was not stated when I spoke with the lady on the phone who I also told I am not in the area often) she was extremely RUDE. She told me that she was the only manager so I asked for the number to corporate and she gave me a 702 I called it as she texted the person that she gave me the to and no one answered so I left a voice-mail explaining what was happening and Jimena tells me that I was lying about my order date and said they have cameras with you saying the wrong date (this conversation was being had as I was leaving the voice-mail). I would not recommend going to this location that offers HORRIBLE SERVICE. The number Jimena gave me text me back after I texted it requesting a call back ASAP and stated Ok, I will call you as soon as I finish with a meeting . As I 'm now reading the responses from other reviews I see they send you a link to submit a complaint so I should start that process now. Hopefully I get a better response since I was later told that the that was given to me was not corporate but her manager and this is a franchise so they don 't have corporate which seems weird because the link that 's being provided is jack in the box website (corporation). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: Make sure you check your order because they will mess it up."

"If you’re a sushi enthusiast, skip this. Dishes lacked flavor, rice was overcooked, fish didn’t seem fresh enough to charge as much as they were. We got 6 pieces of nigiri and 2 rolls for $200 and we left hungry. Did not order a second round and left due to this. It’s a bad sign when everyone around you is eating the cooked food instead of the sushi at a sushi restaurant. Plus service was extremely slow despite tons of waiters around. We spent 2 hours here, even though we had a small order (see above) and no drinks. My husband spilt his drink on the table and no one helped us for over 15 minutes until a hostess walked by and noticed. Yes, we tried to flag someone down. Pretty awkward and slow experience, experience did not reflect price tag unfortunately."

"We ate breakfast each of 4 morning here outside and lunch one inside. The atmosphere outside was wonderful, inside a bit boring and too cold. Service was good, bit slow and inconsistent with different staff most days so explain the same stuff again and again. But they were good accommodating special requirements. Food was always very good, but crazy expensive as everything at 4 seasons. So a good place if your staying there and presumably not on a budget"

"I am unable to rate this restaurant because they canceled my reservation ‘due to a private party’. I think it is extremely rude of a restaurant to cancel reservations for this reason. I had planned a special occasion dinner here because I have dined here before, so it was very inconvenient to be cancelled out To make matters worse, the restaurant did not inform Open Table of their cancellation, with the result I kept receiving text reminders from OT about my upcoming reservation. I was very frustrated that I had to call the restaurant (and you might know what a run around this is in a resort restaurant) to verify that I had indeed been cancelled Needless to say I will not be making a future reservation at Rivera at Delano. I hope their ‘private party’ was worth all the lost business and bad karma from would-be diners that evening"

"The presentation of the Chicken Parmesan was quite nice, resting on a bed of whipped potatoes and grilled broccoli. The chicken was very tasty but the potatoes were cool and the broccoli was tough. Wait time for the food was a little longer than usual even though the restaurant was about 50% full. The service was outstanding. Just a few days before final curtain."

"Restaurant was fairly empty at 8 pm which was ok because we expected great service. We explained at time of reservation and to staff/waiter on arrival about serious seafood allergies. We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. The first dish brought to us was covered in cavier and I had to ask it to be removed. The second dish which we did consume (a small gelatin square ..amuse bouche) we were subsequently told it contained seaweed and some cross contamination. The remaing dishes were less than average. Many we tasted and chose not to eat. The wines were great and the saving grace of the meal. Due to the lack of people in the restaurant the numerous long conversations from our server with the couple next to us was unusually distracting. It was difficult to avoid and disruptive to what should have been an intimate dinner. The staff did remove the cost of one of the meals and discounted the wine (we did not complain or request this) due to the mistakes on the allergies. I added the cost of the discounts to the 20% tip as the entire staff typically shares in this and rely on it. Over all the view, ambiance and wine were worth the trip. The experience itself was not worth the cost. The lack of attention to the allergy twice is unforgivable. The kitchen here is an epic fail. Thank God for the wine and an Epipen!"

"My husband and I came In tonight and we’re celebrating our anniversary and we had an amazing meal. Everyone’s hospitality was amazing from the host to the manager who came over and especially our server Lawrence. He made the entire experience great and was just so knowledgeable about the menu. I would recommend this place to anyone. The food was fantastic. I highly recommend the deviled eggs and my husbands ribs were amazing."

"The food was exceptional but not as creative as I was expecting. I loved the truffle dishes and they carried the night for me. Service was fantastic. However, the ambience is quite sterile and joyless. Very much a monochromatic atmosphere. I was also disappointed that the wine program appears to be a profit center with sought after vintages… but there are plenty of new world choices available to the restaurant at a fraction of the of the cost. The value proposition is out of balance here. Perhaps the ingredients are more expensive than I thought but $1500 should buy you more delight."

"I just picked up our delicious dinner orders from Maria's Kitchen in Paradise and added an additional order for two dozen of Maria's fantastic delicacies. I've been feeding Maria's Kitchen well in front of the Camp Fire and never really disappointed. Her food is always excellent, freshly made and reflects the love and passion she has for cooking. I have lived in paradise and in the upper comb since 1972 and the numerous Mexican restaurants come and go, and have experienced both good and non-so-good cuisine from all. Some lost their passion, some lacked the knowledge to cook excellent food, and some bent under the pressure of constant competition. Maria and her hard work team, including members of her family) are obliged to offer an amazing menu that reflects her culture, and are obliged to offer phenomenal meals for our community. Thank you Maria for holding with our Ridge Post Campfire, and for sharing your completed and skillful cooking with us all."

"In Amish country, hardly anything is open after 7pm for dinner. We were tired and gross from the heat all day, so wanted something casual. We tried this based on reviews. Waited a bit in line to order despite no one else ahead of us because they were answering phones and taking phone orders. They didn’t really greet us either while waitingI thought that was a little rude. Then, someone got off the phone at the pickup register, and waved us over but looked at us like we were in the wrong line despite it saying PICK UP line. Anyways, ordered a large pizza and proceeded to sit down. Many tables in dining area were empty but dirtya whole left counter area was cluttered and dirty with a bussing cart sitting in the middle of the table area. They are definitely lacking staff or a priority around cleanliness. Pizza came out quickly and was finenot the best, not the worst. Filled a hole and off we went. "Can’t comment on the food unfortunately. We left. This was THE ONLY restaurant open on a Monday night in Paradise on the day we visited. Walked into a full dining room and a sign saying “no hostess tonight, short staffed; seat yourself”. We started to sit at two stools at the counter when the young server quite literally went off on us. “You can sit there but it’s going to be a really long time for me to get to you” “I’m the only one here”..etc etc etc. While we understood the situation, her approach and tone was completely inappropriate ! This is managements fault. Hopefully they read this and make some adjustments. Just another day in Paradise!!"

"Ambiance was decent and wait staff was good. Other than that nothing else I can say positively bout this placeOur meals were luke warm, blend and some of the sides had no taste to them whatsoever. While they have a bar and there own cocktails if you ask for something not on the menu, u probably wont get it. And yes, unfortunately even the cocktail drinks we did order tasted horrible. Bad bar staff..On top of all this, it took them almost an hour for them to bring our food out. Two kids meals, a chicken plate and crab cakes. I was very upset to say the least.Stay away. Go to Perry's Steakhouse next door. Exceptional food, service and bar area."
