"I visited Tim Horton's in Pataskala today, May 31st, and had a disappointing experience. I handed the cashier a $20 bill along with exact change for my order, which totaled $8.19. However, she did not give me any change back, even though I should have received $12.00.
To make matters worse, my croissant was burnt, and they forgot to include my hash. When I brought this to their attention, they eventually gave me the hash, but it came with an attitude. When I questioned my change, the cashier claimed I had only given her $8.19 instead of the $20.19 I actually gave her.
The manager was incredibly rude and refused to help until she counted the register 30 minutes later. Ultimately, she said they were only short $6, which meant there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.
This experience was frustrating, and I will not be returning to that Tim Hortons. I highly recommend checking your money before you leave the drive-thru. It wasn't just about the money; it was the dismissive and disrespectful way they handled the situation. I understand that policies are in place, but the rudeness I encountered was unacceptable."
