"Mediocre food can be off set by good service. I Placed an order on the mobile app. Said order would be done by 5:15 was there and waited. Employees looked at me and walked away. Checked the app it said to go to the window where I was greeted by thenastiest attitude I have ever seen. (This was one of the same employees that looked at me at the front and walked away. I wastold (With an angry and argumentative tone. That I would be given my food at the window this time next time go to the frontdoor. I apologized for any misunderstanding and I tried to explain that we did what the app said to do. I was told I was wrong.The employee turned away from me and made a statement to the others inside. My food was shoved out the window to me. There wasno name tags visible I think it was on purpose."

The chicken was disappointing; it was overcooked and the skin was difficult to chew. On a positive note, the mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese were outstanding!

We've come back to KFC. After our most recent 8 trips to Popeyes being absolutely disappointing, we're back at KFC. The chicken tastes good, is hot, and so are the sides. Never was a fan of the mashed but there are plenty of other choices.

Love KFC but WOW. It is so expensive! I'll drive to get something better. They have a lot of problems keeping it staffed and not very friendly. They do get the order right every time so service is getting 4 stars. I've been going (not often) but for about 7 years and nothing changes. It's my last choice when we get take out.

VERY upset they DO NOT TAKE CASH anymore! I am old. I do not like to use debit card!!!! Was told it is a franchise and she knew it was inconvenient. I was getting a famous bowl for my Grandson and it was 7.99!!!!I was in Mt. Vernon only a couple months ago and paid 5.99! Again I was told it was a franchise and they could charge whatever they want. I said we will never be back to this KFC! The girl shrugged her shoulders and said ok.
