"I ordered several times in this store, overall is good. While the most recent visit is NOT so pleasant. 1 I placed a mobile order by app, and waited in store for around 10 minutes past the expected ready time. During this time, NO staff reached out to me at all, even if I tried to contact them several times. 2 It seems like all staffs ONLY care about drive through, even though the current order at drive through is definitely later than my order (because till now I 've been waiting for 10 minutes 3 So I decided to pick up via drive through, and being told that I need to pick-up in store... 4 I 'm in a hurry (and don 't want to wait another 10+ minutes , so I asked the staff to prepare my order right here. Surprisingly (or maybe not? , my order is NOT prepared at all (now is 15 minutes past the expected ready time . So I waited another 2 minutes in car, and FINALLY got my order. Just a wild guess, maybe drive-through customers matter MORE compared to mobile-app customers, because the latter already paid anyway, and making the latter wait another 15-20 minutes doesn 't hurt the revenue, while keeping the drive through line too long will potentially reduce new orders and hurt revenue. Additionally, apart from my unpleasant experience, I’m not sure why I cannot pickup mobile orders via drive-through. This seems like a basic feature to me, and is supported by many other fast food restaurants e.g. McDonald, Burger King, etc. The food quality is good though, which provided a little bit of comfort."
