"Teays Valley has always been my favorite KFC, but it has taken a turn for the worse since a new manager took over—at least, that's what she claims to be. The experience has gone downhill; she is incredibly rude, and her assistant is even more disrespectful. I had an issue after I received a thigh and leg instead of the breast I ordered, and when I raised my concerns, he tried to lie to me, saying that was what I had ordered. I always get the same meal, and my receipt clearly shows that I ordered the right items. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with someone who seems unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding the Teays Valley location and suggesting St. Albans instead; it might offer a better experience."

When I arrived I waited 15 minutes for a worker to acknowledge me. When I asked for my pick up order I was told to wait since they were making it. Another 8 minutes later I was told they had cancelled order. I didn’t receive a email or phone call that it was canceled, but I did get charged for it. I wasn’t given a reason for the cancellation and while I will call my bank to get the charge cancelled. I would just recommend people go somewhere else.
