"Ordered the new mac bowl combo. The mac and cheese was so fresh and creamy and delicious. The nuggets fresh and crunchy. The fries fresh and tasty. The manager kindly brought it to our table. He was friendly and efficient place was very clean. Sadly all the people who couldnt go anywhere during covid were no where in sight. When are you going to support this businesses and stop them from closing down. Get out your car and sit in these beautiful restaurants and start to appreciate all these hard working people who make this ppossible."

The people working at this restaurant needed to really take a bath. The registers were dirty the windows were filthy it needs some deep cleaning. How clean was the food!! We left.

Always come to this location. People are always friendly. Last night had a long wait on chicken , I patiently waited over 20 mins and they were so nice and insisted on giving us something free for the troubles. Great customer service

Order was short AGAIN ! Asked if extra items were in the bag, was told “YES”. Got home, not in the bag was charged for them though. Lesson learned? YES, DO NOT trust these people.!!!! I really should have checked for myself. I will own my part. View menu

Had KFC today. We got the $30 special. It was delicious. We got a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes, fries, biscuits, coleslaw, and chicken fingers. The order was for delivery and we got it quick. The food was good and hot. We definitely will order here again in the future.

Srive thrus order: My order was taking a long time and ultimately forgotten. I went inside to ask about it and they apologized profusely and offered me a large side for free. Mistakes happen but they were super quick to make the situation right again. I applaud the focus on customer satisfaction.

The food was satisfactory, but the restaurant declined to accept a coupon we received in the local mail, despite the fact that we live only 2 miles from the KFC. The manager was apologetic, but we won't be coming back. We had guests over and ended up paying an additional $11 for two extra pieces of chicken that the coupon could have covered. During my recent trip to the drive-through, I was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes for my 8-piece original recipe chicken bucket. I agreed to the wait and opted to sit in the lobby. However, I ended up waiting nearly twice as long. The staff noticed that my wait was unusually long and generously offered me a complimentary dessert as an apology. Next time, I think I’ll try placing my order ahead of time.

I had a frustrating experience at my local KFC due to a mix-up with my order, and when I tried to call them for help, no one answered. So, I decided to reach out to this specific location, where I spoke with Tim, the manager. I asked him for advice on what to do next, and he really took the time to listen to my concerns. Tim went above and beyond to resolve the issue, even though it wasn’t his responsibility at all. He truly restored my faith in this chain. A huge thank you to Tim!
