"I have hearing difficulties, which often makes it hard for me to understand what’s being said over the intercom. Every time I’ve tried to place an order here, I faced interruptions. For example, I requested two two-piece chicken dinners, but they repeatedly asked if I’d prefer a three-piece box instead. I specified that I wanted both original and extra crispy options, but they could only offer one of each, which wasn’t sufficient. When I asked how long it would take to get more, they estimated four minutes, and I agreed to wait. Unfortunately, I had to struggle multiple times to complete my order without being cut off. At one point, I had to say, "Could you please be quiet and listen?" I realize that might have come across as rude. Normally, I’m polite to customer service staff, understanding that their job can be tough, but their dismissiveness was frustrating. Ultimately, I decided to leave and drove to another restaurant where I could place my order without interruptions, and they got it right."
