"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The chicken sandwich I received was dry and seemed old. When I tried to place my order at the drive-thru, the speaker wasn't functioning, so I drove up to the window. The staff member there told me, "I can hear you, but you can't hear me," without offering any apology for the inconvenience. A simple sign directing customers to pull forward would have been helpful. Overall, the service was terrible, and the sandwich was likely leftover from lunch since it was around 6 PM. I won't be returning."

The chicken serving was shockingly small! I’ve never seen such tiny chicken at any store or restaurant before. I’ve had wing drumettes that were bigger than the drumsticks we got. On the positive side, the staff were very polite.

This restaurant could benefit from some updates. It's situated just off Interstate 10, and I imagine it's difficult to find dependable staff. The food was somewhat overcooked and lacked the familiar KFC flavor I usually enjoy; it seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Additionally, the cashier seemed a bit uncertain or overwhelmed with the process.

Overall, the staff did an excellent job. They are truly doing their best with the resources available to them. However, the company really needs to step in and support them. With a Zaxby's right next door, this KFC was quite busy at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. If they could clean up the lobby and improve organization, this place would be thriving. Worse KFC we've been to. The drive thru was empty but we sat for 15 minutes and there was no service. Went inside and stood ten minutes before our order was taken. Told a 20 minute wait on one piece of chicken! Then it was raw! I saw 2 workers and 2customers. The woman behind the counter looked tired and depressed, the boy cooking looked zoned out jamming to music. No wonderZaxby's took all their business, we should have gone there too and avoided this place.
