"The chicken nuggets were dry and the chicken taco roll ups that are new were nasty. Not good! They also didn't have any sweet tea after I ordered it. I'm so not drink soda so I had to waste my money as the guy didn't even ask me if I wanted a refund he just apologized. My son had Taco Bell and he said it was good however. I definitely will stick with Popeyes for chicken they have never let me down. Oh and the reason I went here was for the chicken wings that they don't have anymore. I loved the Nashville hot wings they used to have."

I experienced disrespectful customer service; they tossed my sauce aside.

Ordered small bucket of chicken about 6:30 pm. It was dry and virtually tasteless terrible at best. Tasted like it had been over cooked and had sat around all day long. Very, very disappointed for sure. View menu

No more for me! KFC passed my price point for chicken a while ago, but I occasionally got cole slaw. I got some last week, and got some more this afternoon for a party. The price had gone up by 20% in three days. Combine that with a dirty store and a cashier who was deliberately rude, and I'm done for good.

Used to be my go to fast food place because the famous bowl meal was so cheap. Was $5 for a bowl, drink, and cookie. Then went up to $6 and took away the cookie. Now it's $8 for just a bowl and a drink. Will not support this business anymore. Fast food should be affordable! $8 and I can go buy myself a GOOD chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A with fries and a drink.

It's gotten to the point where it's too expensive to buy fried chicken outanymore. I can't see spending over $50 for a family deal. I like the taste of KFC, but at today's prices, I will not visit KFC any longer. The offering of their eight piece bucket for $10 was at least doable, but now that is gone and for a few weeks it was more expensive at $12. They have priced me right out of spending my money here. I placed an online order that was marked as ready after 25 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant after 15 minutes, only to be told that it would take another 20 minutes. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I was informed it would be yet another 20 minutes. When I requested a refund, I was told it wasn't possible because I ordered online, and there was no effort to rectify the situation. The customer service was terrible.

This is the absolute worst KFC I've ever been to. The prices are raised as compared to other KFCs. On three seperate occasions I've gotten four from here the chicken has been old and dried out. Drinks haven't had sugar in them. Sides have been old and left out, noticeably. The snack wraps are in half tortillas and half of them didn't even have the right ingredients inside. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business.

"My wife and I had been trying to go to dinner here for about a year but kept having to cancel plans or couldn't get a reservation when we were available. Finally went this past weekend and we were not disappointed. The outside of the building is beautiful but doesn't do justice to the inside. That ambiance is comfortable, warm, and inviting. It is rustic but clean and modern at the same time. As a side note, even tho the music outside was loud and crazy, you cannot hear it at all when inside the building. The food was just delicious and totally worth the expense. We were both very happy with our meals and the entire experience. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but just ask the server to be very clear.Dietary restrictions: The menu appears to be pretty diverse and has lots of options. This is not a gluten-free establishment though, but if you call ahead and request special accommodations they may help you out.Parking: They do have valet parking, but if you don't want to deal with that there is plenty of parking. However when Farm Brew is busy there is likely not going to be enough spaces in the actual parking lot, but there is overflow parking galore. You just might have to walk a little farther than you want.Kid-friendliness: There were a few kids at this place but it's not really meant for kids. It's a fancy restaurant so keep that in mind. Kids can be accommodated but there isn't a kids menu and they won't appreciate the quality of the food anyway so get a babysitter and leave them at home!Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance is on the first floor with a flat entrance area that can easily accommodate wheelchairs. Additionally there is an elevator inside so getting to the second floor for seating is not going to be an issue."
