"Despite the challenges, the drive-thru line extended out to the street, and there were numerous lobby orders, leaving only the manager and one other employee to handle everything. They both did an outstanding job! I had already placed my order online, so I got to witness them in action while I waited. It was impressive to see them handle the workloads of four people with such efficiency! The manager was fantastic, and even though I could see they were under stress, they still made me and another customer feel appreciated.
These employees truly deserve recognition for their hard work! This amazing service occurred around 7:45 PM on Friday, December 17th, 2021. I hope the upper management takes note of their performance and rewards them accordingly! Plus, the food was delicious, hot, and fresh!"
