"Every time I go there they mess up my order. This time they got the food right but kept me standing at the counter waiting for an online order. When I asked the cashier what was taking so long she said you can see we have a lot of customers . Really? And this was when my order was 10 minutes late. A guy finally came from the back and asked my name. I showed him my online order confirmation on my phone. He went in the back for a minute and then came back and asked my name again and asked if I had the right KFC. Again I showed him my phone and he asked my name again and went in back. Then he came back and showed me a ticket with someone else 's name on it and said the order had been picked up. I AGAIN showed him my phone with the correct address, my name, and the time my order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago). If I hadn 't already paid on line, I 'd have walked out. The guy finally put together my order, an 8 piece bucket, that was all I wanted and I left. I got no apology, no explanation. Since that was a third strike, I won 't go back. Turns out Popeye 's has even better chicken at a better price! And good customer service! I highly recommend them."

We stopped in for an early lunch and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and they quickly took our order. The food was hot and fresh!

I ordered from this restaurant through Postmates, but they forgot both sides for my bucket meal. I'm giving them 3 stars because the chicken was delicious, but I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from them unless you're comfortable with receiving only 80% of your order.

I made my order. Turned to look at my car through the front window for a split second and my order was ready. Truly amazed how quick service was. Order was correct and all the food tasted Amazing. Definitely the best service and experience I've had with fast food in years. Thank you for doing your job the way it's supposed to be done! View menu

I probably shouldn't have wasted my time ordering from here and spent a few more seconds looking at the reviews. I place an order for chicken sandwiches but they're out of chicken is what I was told. The customer service Hotline wasn't very helpful either... I guess KFCs decision to have customer service work from home wasn't a great decision as it seemed that I may have been interrupting them more than having them help me. Only wasted an hour of my time and for which I got a refund Thanks KFC... Chick-fil-A appreciate your service.

I would rate it a -1 if I could. Wait over 16 minutes for my food. First it was 10 minutes. It's very disappointing standing at the counter. Three employees just look at me. A manager walks by me. Finally someone comes. I explained to him I didn't get myorder. He asked for my receipt. I payed for the 2 piece white meat. Well the order I received wasn't that. Seriously had to goup to the counter again. The same thing pretty much happened. So by the time I got to sit and eat my meal twenty minutes hadpassed. A total of five or more customers got there food before. No apology. No customer service.

I attempted to call, but my call was abruptly ended. So, I decided to visit the restaurant in person. Upon arrival, I found the place completely empty, despite several cars in the parking lot and food debris scattered on the floor. The drive-thru had a line of cars waiting, yet there was no one attending to either the window or the door. They were supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m., but it was only 9:30 p.m., and the place was deserted. To make matters worse, I noticed a pending charge of $60 on my card that would remain for 72 hours before being reversed. They took my money, but I never received my meal!

My son ordered a 5-piece tender meal but ended up with a 3-piece chicken meal instead. I brought it to the counter to ask for a replacement. The young girl who helped me seemed unsure about how to resolve the issue. When the manager came over to see what was wrong, he was wearing a headset for the drive-thru and had trouble hearing me. I had to repeat my request three times, and on the third attempt, he asked me not to raise my voice. He pointed out his headset and said he couldn't hear me. I suggested he take it off since I wasn’t in the drive-thru. As a customer dining in the restaurant, I expected to receive the same level of respect as those using the drive-thru.

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
