And 52 years old I've lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. I keep trying because I love Kentucky Fried Chicken but this store is horrible don't waste your time

The chicken tasted good. Staff is friendly but not all knowledgeable. My order was messed up. They don't pay attention to the sequence of orders nor on the accuracy of the delivered items. Sad! View menu

syper clean store with very nice employees. I am upset that they did not tell me there is no white meat in the 8pc (breast/wing) that was particularly worth it. when she said it on the sign, it was so small to be invisible. I worked years ago at kfc and the 8pc served as 2 of each, chest/neck/skull/skull. I would have paid extra or got something else to get white meat.

Picked up food for lunch...get back to office to find the wedges are overcooked. Called store and manager, Savannah starts arguing with me. Says she personally cooked it herself and wanted me to return the wedges!! Either today or tomorrow (I joking asked if I should store the wedges she says yes).. I made a trip back and tells me I should have returned more!! This manager is horrible!!! Hope the store owner sees this..she could give me the phone number View menu

The store is exceptionally clean and the staff members are very friendly. However, I was frustrated that I wasn't informed there was no white meat (breast/wing) included in the 8-piece special. If this information was displayed on the sign, it was too small to notice. Having worked at KFC years ago, I remember the 8-piece meal traditionally included two pieces of each: breast, wing, leg, and thigh. I would have been willing to pay extra or choose a different option to include white meat as well.

I don't know who kfc is still in business to be honest. Yum brands would better off without them in the portfolio. the store was moderately clean, which is amazing for an arizona kfc. there was no mac and bee on the menu, which is sad because the best was what it offered. we tried the Cheeto chicken sandwich and it wasn't worth it at all. it tasted like a simple chicken sandwich. there were about 3-5 cheetos on the sandwich total. the sauce tasted like nothing. we had to ask for ketchup what was strange and clumsy. the new mountain gstau tastes like sunny elite, which is mixed with sprit. it was disturbing.

I’m not sure how KFC is still in business, to be honest. Yum Brands would likely be better off without it in their portfolio.
