We've come back to KFC. After our most recent 8 trips to Popeyes being absolutely disappointing, we're back at KFC. The chicken tastes good, is hot, and so are the sides. Never was a fan of the mashed but there are plenty of other choices.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a bunch of chicken and sides,When I pull up to the window they tell me they no longer accept cash.For some strange reason I thought I lived in the United States of America.Guess I was wrong.All I know for sure is they're never going to get another dime from me.

Love KFC but WOW. It is so expensive! I'll drive to get something better. They have a lot of problems keeping it staffed and not very friendly. They do get the order right every time so service is getting 4 stars. I've been going (not often) but for about 7 years and nothing changes. It's my last choice when we get take out. VERY upset they DO NOT TAKE CASH anymore! I am old. I do not like to use debit card!!!! Was told it is a franchise and she knew it was inconvenient. I was getting a famous bowl for my Grandson and it was 7.99!!!!I was in Mt. Vernon only a couple months ago and paid 5.99! Again I was told it was a franchise and they could charge whatever they want. I said we will never be back to this KFC! The girl shrugged her shoulders and said ok.

I absolutely love KFC's mashed potatoes! I understand that this is fast food, but it has a unique vibe that's different from typical fast food places. Unfortunately, I had to give it four stars instead of five because it was challenging to find a clean, stable seat. I ended up choosing a table that was relatively tidy. Who is responsible for allowing this seating situation—either the branch manager or district manager? It's disappointing because the overall image is so important for KFC.

Mediocre food can be off set by good service. I Placed an order on the mobile app. Said order would be done by 5:15 was there and waited. Employees looked at me and walked away. Checked the app it said to go to the window where I was greeted by thenastiest attitude I have ever seen. (This was one of the same employees that looked at me at the front and walked away. I wastold (With an angry and argumentative tone. That I would be given my food at the window this time next time go to the frontdoor. I apologized for any misunderstanding and I tried to explain that we did what the app said to do. I was told I was wrong.The employee turned away from me and made a statement to the others inside.
