"Update from February.... Still absolutely the BEST food Sevierville has to offer! We came up with the kids this time and they ALL said this was by far the best place we have eaten while here! Thanks for always being amazing and providing the besthospitality in the area! From the Mills Family! This by far is the BEST food around! Stay off grid and make sure to take a triphere and eat!!! We got the chance to meet the preacher and learn some stories of the area and get a picture with him. We will beback tomorrow without a doubt! Terrific food and hospitality!"

"We had not been there for awhile. I looked on line to see what to order. We were there around 12:30. Had 5 minute wait! Great! We received the menu, which was small. Onion rings weren't on there for the appetizer, but asked and she said they just weren'ton the menu. Then I asked for the chicken salad, which was not on the menu, but was on the internet lunch menu. She said sorrythat is a lunch item and we don't serve lunch menu items on Sat or Sunday!! WHAT!!! We did order and it was very good, butbrought most home because we weren't that hungry. Hope it doesn't to waste! That is the only downfall. We will still be back."

"The hot food was excellent. The grits, bacon, sausage, frittata, scrambled eggs, hash, hash browns, made-to-order omelets, biscuits and gravy, and more were all delicious and well worth the price. However, there were only two types of fruit available: pineapple and melon, and the melon was quite crunchy. The pastries were a bit disappointing; they lacked flavor and seemed somewhat dry. Our reservation was at 10, but by the time we arrived, the scones were completely gone and not restocked. The crullers were mostly depleted as well, with no replacements made. Additionally, the containers for butter and cream cheese were empty, so we had to find someone to refill them. Despite these issues, we had a very good overall experience and would definitely come back."

"Me and my wife was down here on vacation we leaving tomorrow and decided to try Huck Finn's Catfish before we left cause a friend recommended it and it didn't disappoint the catfish was really good and the chicken livers were the best I've ever had all the food was good but those were definitely worth mentioning and our server was extremely nice and friendly and made the experience all that much better with small talk and keeping up with our drinks and everything and still attending to everyone else sorry I don't know here last name but I'd like to say to Brenda that my wife and I had a really good time and thank you for your service and help and keep up the great work you did a hell of a job tonight with how busy it was you still kept our drinks full and the catfish coming we definitely will be back when we come back down"

"This is a nice restaurant to visit if you're in Pigeon Forge, TN! We went last week for our summer family vacation! The staff was very courteous and our waitress was very sweet! The food was good too! I ordered the Shrimp and Grits and everything wasflavorful, hot and delicious! I usually don't order a dish like that at a restaurant because so many places get it wrong thatI'd rather do it myself at home..the right way! ...But this restaurant got it right! We enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant aswell! It had a 1940's type of aesthetic to it...it reminded me of sitting on your screened in back porch on a hot summer daywith a tall pitcher of lemonade just relaxing! They were playing Billie Holiday quite a bit at the time that we were there andthat helped add to the overall ambiance! They have a bake shop on the other side where you can buy baked goods, etc. They alsohave a beautiful courtyard type area outside with a gazebo and a fountain! Some really great natural backdrops to take someamazing pics and it was nice to sit inside and eat while looking out of their picture window at all the beauty in the courtyard! Since it is summer, they gave us the option to eat inside or outside but it was so unbearably hot down there in early July thatwe chose to sit inside with the air conditioning! Driving and parking in the general area of this restaurant is prettytight..everything is sort of piled on top of each other in this particular area so we had a bit of a hard time getting in andout because it's so congested in that part of town! Overall, we enjoyed everything about this gem!"

"Well first off the waitress that we had. Was not a very good one when you asked her a question she seemed like that she got rude and mad with you. And then when we asked her to get us something else will she said it's all family style . She only brought 3 small bowls of mashed potatoes, green beans. For a party of 8 people so what do you think you can do with that. And then when you asked to talk to the manager the waitress was standing there and the manager told you oh she does not lie she is one of my best waitresses. So they do not believe the customers on what they hear from the waitress my you are in there and when you say something it does not matter."

"After seeing the blue Cookie Monster sauce on a burger from another poster, I knew I had to visit here with my 14yo son on our mini vacay. So glad we did! The best part of Cookie Dough Monster is that all ingredients are local and handmade from scratch from their burgers, right down to their amazing ketchup! Friendly staff, happy to please, and will create an delicious edible work of art to your personal tastes. My son had the spicy queso burger onion rings. He professed that he finally met his level of spiciness! Pretty good when he's eaten jalapeños out of a jar like candy since the age of 4. I had a bbq bacon, onion ring, and mushroom that were sautéed in a wine reduction burger with a side of crinkle fries and their homemade ketchup and blue sauce to dip in. We visited the following day for their 9 variety pack of edible cookie dough. A great deal you pick any 9 flavors. Generous portions, not for the faint of heart, sugar rush if you want to satisfy a sweet tooth!"

"As we were passing through town, we decided to stop in. If you are looking for good BBQ, this is not the place. Completely disappointed that we spent $30 on a brisket sandwich, 2 sides and banana pudding. The brisket lacked flavor and for a second I wondered if the brisket was boiled, no smoke flavor, just bland. The man-n-cheese was soupy and the banana pudding tasted like greens and was clumpy. I decided to opt out of tasting the chicken and dumplings based on the rest of the food. Normally, I wouldn’t leave a bad review for only bad food however I did feel very much deceived by the high review rating. Outside of the above, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the bread on the sandwich was soft."

"We travelled from London to visit my parents. For a couple of days we all went to Gatlinburg and on the way we stopped at the diner!The outside was impressive and like nothing we had seen. On arrival we were seated and given menus. However no one came to take our order for some time.The manager, a lovely, funny and confident young lady we believe to be called Patti noticed our sad faces!She approached us and asked if we had been waiting a while we explained the situation. Instantly she began to look after us, took our order made sure our drinks came to us by herself! The food arrived and she continued to look after us. Her work ethic was outstanding and turned around a possible awkward situation into one of the most enjoyable meals and experiences in a long time.The food and drinks were amazing and fresh, hot and full of flavour! The portions were large and slightly overwhelming but hey it’s better than small ?The ONLY thing we would complain about is the girls in black T-shirts I think they clear the tables were stood right by our table FaceTiming someone laughing rather than working.But overall an amazing visit and we would definitely come again thank you to the manager for doing her job so well Lynne Jim Miranda and Darren xx"

"Went in excited for brick oven pizza and came out with overpriced unflavored pizza. The wait was and hour and a half, so we ordered to go and got our pizza in 30 minutes. That I was glad about, but the pizza was nothing special and almost unflavored. If it was a basic pizza place with a basic price, this would have been okay, but I paid way too much for what I got!"

"This is a great breakfast spot. The buffet was surprisingly delicious, especially the pancakes. They also offered eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and what I initially thought was ham but turned out to be fried bologna (didn't know that was a thing). They had a nice variety of toppings for the pancakes like chocolate chips and apples, as well as fresh fruit such as melon. The food was tasty, the staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely return. Expect a bit of a wait, as we waited about 15 minutes when we went and the parking lot always seemed full when we drove by. However, they have plenty of seating and everything ran smoothly."

"I just left this restaurant and felt the need to share my thoughts right away! We've been to many places, but none have made us feel as welcomed and valued as this one. Kevin was fantastic—his service was top-notch, he was hilarious, and he addressed all our questions about the menu. When I asked about the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes, he admitted he hadn’t tried them but was honest about it. Jessica, who was not our server, then jumped in with a strong recommendation: “GET IT.” She was spot on! My husband, who typically doesn’t care for pancakes, ended up loving them, which was a delightful surprise! These were, without a doubt, the BEST pancakes I've ever had! My husband ordered a breakfast platter with a little bit of everything and claimed it was the best breakfast he’s had in quite a while. The portions were generous, and the prices are very reasonable considering the amount of food you get. With such amazing food and service, it truly feels like a fantastic deal. We will definitely be back on our next visit! Thank you, Kevin and Jessica, for your outstanding service!"

"The customer service was extremely rude! Regan threatened to call the police on me for not leaving the drive-thru while I was checking my order. She had her phone in hand, ready to make the call. We had already been through the drive-thru twice because they said it was against policy to take two orders in one vehicle, and we understood that the inside was closed. When I finally left the drive-thru, my drink, which was supposed to be without ice, had ice in it. I will be including this incident, along with the window being slammed in my face, in my complaint to corporate. There’s no reason for me to go through the drive-thru again to resolve this issue, especially since they threatened to call the cops. If I could give zero stars, I would! My junior high school child definitely learned a lesson from this experience about how not to treat people—it's about treating people, not just customers. Overall, a definite thumbs down!"

"We visited on 7/28/2023 and we were just driving up from Florida back to Jersey. We decided to stop for dinner and chose this place because the menu looked good online. It was very strange because I didn’t realize you have to order your food and pay for it as soon as you get in. We ordered three soft drinks and two waters. When we sat down to wait for our food a worker came over and in a very loud and obnoxious tone of voice said “I just confirmed that you didn’t pay for those 2 waters.” I said, we’ll we ordered two waters. She said well the water is in the soft drink machine you push it and get it. Well we ordered two waters so we assumed they were bottles because the receipt they gave us only had the total on it so how are we to think you didn’t charge us for bottled water. I felt everyone was looking at us because now they think we stoke two bottles of bottled water lol. If I worked in customer service I would have walked over and politely stated that “they” didn’t ring us up for bottled water. She was very arrogant. It was the woman who takes your name when you come in. The waitress in the other hand came up to us a few times to ask us if we needed anything and she was so nice. The other woman needs to be more like that waitress. You also have to get your own silverware and drinks. I feel this doesn’t allow the waitresses to get tips. We can’t tip on service they didn’t do. Food was great, so I can’t complain about that."

"There was 8 of us in our party. When we arrived there was no one there the waitress set us upfront which was fine but we had kids and normally like a table in back because we know how our kids are. The waitress acted like she didn't want to wait on us kept sighing when our kids couldn't make up there mind om what they wanted to drink she didn't even ask 2 of us what we wanted to drink brought us the wrong drinks the food was not fully cooked the hamburgers was half raw the sausage was still pink in which we was told the sausage comes already cooked they just heat it up the eggs was slimy not fully cooked. Didn't ask us if we needed anything had to wave down a different waitress to get refills and to complain about our food our waitress never came back to our table after dropping off the food. Not a place for kids anymore will never go back"

"Impressive building. Cool design. Welcoming atmosphere. Reservations ability a plus in pigeon forge. Friendly staff, not fake like. Option to go outside was declined by us due to a cafeteria atmosphere and noise level. Sat inside, very nice. Server “Melony” I believe, was prompt and pleasant. What stands out in our dining experience was definitely our server. She made us feel extremely welcome, pampered, and was very friendly. The fish n chips were amazing. The sushi rolls were good. We went primarily for the crab legs but at $72 per pound, that’s just not logical no matter what your budget. Joe’s Crab Shack is full while yours is half empty lastnight. May want to look into data that will increase your client volume while making a reasonable profit. People are what matters. Without servers like Melony, you’re out of business. I give this a 3.5."

"The food, drinks, and service at the Alamo were all outstanding. However, the parking situation, the lengthy wait for a table, and the high prices were somewhat overwhelming. The portion sizes were generous, so no one left feeling hungry. It seemed like they were experiencing some staffing challenges, as I had to wait a bit longer for my food to arrive. With no reservations allowed, steep prices, and no bar to relax in while waiting for a table, this steakhouse felt like a tourist trap."

"Just don 't... We arrived later (around 8pm) to avoid the dinner crowd and still waited an hour to be seated. We tried to order food immediately upon being seating, but the server insisted we order drinks only first. So, 20 min after being seated, she finally took our food order. 10 min after we ordered, our server returns to tell us that they are out of sirloin steaks (our kids favorite) and only brought 1 menu for the kids to share who were on opposite sides of the table. When the food finally came out, half of it was cold (2 hot sandwiches were cold and the creamed spinach was ice cold), plus they forgot to include the chips for a Fish Chips entrée. At no point did a manager EVER stop by our table to check on us or was even present in our section of the dining area. Our 6 top was directly underneath a blast chiller and abutted to some loading doors, so everyone spent the rest of the night trying to get their core temp above hypothermic levels and processing the unbelievably atrocious restaurant experience we 'd just been subjected to. We should 've gone to Cheddars."

"I plan to return for lunch and start with the hot pepper cheese bites, which were fantastic. They were beautifully crispy on the outside and melted perfectly inside, offering a great flavor with just the right amount of spice. I also tried the fried gator tail, which was cooked in a seasoned flour; it was a bit salty but very tender, making for a substantial appetizer. For my main course, I had two pieces of roasted catfish. They were delicious, with a wonderful flavor, and I really enjoyed the hushpuppies that came with it. The fish had a nice crust and tasted excellent. I’m definitely coming back for the all-you-can-eat dinner. The service was also great; I never had to wait for anything."
