"Less than 1 star. I ordered 4 ice cream sundaes for my kids, and the total came to $18.08, but only two sundaes were delivered. When I called McDonald's and spoke to the manager, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I placed my order on August 15, and here it is August 22 with no resolution. They refused to refund my money and would not deliver the missing two sundaes. As a result, two of my kids had ice cream while the other two did not. Thankfully, I raised generous kids, so they shared, but paying $18.08 for two sundaes that only cost about $2 each is ridiculous. The poor service on top of this is unacceptable. I still plan to contact corporate, and I will NEVER order from this McDonald's again. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. They really need employees with better customer service skills and work ethic—you’re probably losing customers daily. A definite 0-star review!"

"I ordered a meal, and when it was delivered, it was missing items. I called the store and the girl I spoke to said she would not refund my money for the missing items but I could drive all the way back over there again and she would give me the missing items. I also ordered chips and guacamole, I literally got three chips in the bag. The girl I spoke to said “ I only gave you a few chips because that’s all we had left”.So I spent $25 on two tacos, a little cup of guacamole and a drink. To top it off the girl that was working was incredibly rude and unprofessional yelling at me on the phone because I dared to question her. I will never go back to the store."

"Both the Steak Picado and Chile Relleno were excellent! They had an authentic taste, and the Chile Relleno combination even won my mom's approval, which is impressive considering she's quite critical about Mexican food. The portions were generous, and the food was prepared exactly as I requested. It arrived hot and ready to eat, and you could tell it was packaged with care. My only suggestion would be to remember to request utensils, which I forgot to do."

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. I actually am a previous general manager in training Except when I showed up in Santa Ana for my training I couldn’t train because no paperwork was there for me. John which is the owner was informed and asked to send legal paperwork so that I could sign and start working, but instead myself and the training manager was ignored and John told me to wait 3 days until Monday then I could fill out my paperwork which is totally against the law long story short I never received paperwork and was told that I would not be paid for my time as well as gas for the way there and my Uber home. I will be following up with the proper people to handle this. If u are applying for management for this location please be careful and know that general management training should be more than 3 days. The fact that I couldn’t even get that chance is beyond me. These people don’t deserve someone of my statue and knowledge and experience . I have already accepted a position that I already had an offer for before the great Greek contacted me. Please don’t waist ur time with this location if ur considering working here. But let me tell u kudos to Santa Ana and there general manager there"

"The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the food was prepared quickly after we placed our order, using fresh ingredients! The flavors were fantastic, and I usually opt for the peeled shrimp. The side of sausage is a must-try! I highly recommend this place. Additionally, for those with dietary restrictions, the seafood is boiled in water, making it dairy-free, and there are seasoning options available that do not contain dairy."

"I find this restaurant a bit pricey compared to other authentic Chinese places that offer similar dishes. Unfortunately, the fish I had was not fresh; it was dry and seemed old. For $30, I expected a higher quality whole fish. Additionally, paying $15 for some tofu cubes that appeared pre-packaged in egg sauce felt excessive. The duck in beer sauce was good, but I mostly ended up with bones and tiny fragments, with very little meat. Overall, I wasn't very pleased with the experience, especially given the high prices, which were tough on my student budget. I had hoped to treat my parents to a nice Chinese dinner, but I left feeling that the quality didn't match the cost."

"This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed it. I love bun bo hue, but I prefer mine simple without exotic ingredients like blood, and this dish was just what I wanted. "This place is in the haven city market I decided to try it out- there was no wait time! Staff were quick attentive! Unfortunately the açaí bowl tasted very much like a frozen one you can buy from Costco although I really enjoyed the chia pudding they added as well as the toppings! I believe the texture of the bowl was just lacking a bit of flavor. It was also on the more pricer side so I don't think I would get this again, but a lot of their other items look good so I would definitely try maybe a smoothie next time."

"I started with a cappuccino, which was fantastic—the foam stayed thick on top throughout my entire meal, and I loved the sprinkle of cinnamon on it. I've heard this place is famous for its coffee, and now I understand why, so definitely try the coffee when you visit! For my meal, I ordered the avocado toast, which came topped with avocado, feta cheese, and an egg cooked to my liking, as well as extra feta on top. The menu mentioned a dressing and veggies, which I assumed would be on the toast, but they actually came with a side salad instead. I was a bit disappointed, but that's probably my fault for not reading the menu carefully. The salad was quite simple—just greens with radish, cucumber, carrots, and a light dressing. My only issue was that it was warm, which I found a bit off-putting, but otherwise, it was tasty. The avocado toast itself was different from what I'm used to; it had a savory twist rather than the refreshing and tangy style I prefer. It wasn’t bad, just not what I expected! The egg was a bit too much for my taste, so I removed it and added the salad on top of the toast, which paired nicely! Overall, I would definitely come back, but I'd try something else next time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy brunch!"

"The host asked if it was my first time there and brought me a selection of their soups to try. My favorites were the seafood gumbo and the red beans rice. All 6 were good though.I ordered a fried fish po'boy with Cajun fries. The fish was alright, I'll have to try something else next time. But it was a nice full sandwich. The bread it was on was delicious and the fries were killer.I'll be back here to try gator for sure!Parking: Dozens of spots. It's in a large lot with plenty of other restaurants around."

"I should have heeded the many reviews that mentioned issues with order accuracy. The sugar level in my monster latte was far from the advertised 75%. It was hardly sweet at all, and the cheese foam I paid for was missing as well. The instructions are clearly on the label, so I'm not sure how this happened. Unfortunately, I won't be returning."

"This is a family owned restaurant that specializes in delicious, sizzling hot plates! Located in a corner inside of the Haven City food hall, you can't miss it with their cute logo of a cat sipping on a drink. They have convenient self serve kiosks you can order from and several tables and bar seatings. We ordered the shrimp tempura and spring onion pancake appetizers, spicy shrimp udon and steak and shrimp deluxe entrées, iced cantaloupe green tea and iced lychee tea. Appetizers: Shrimp tempura 10/10: this came with 4 pieces of tempura and were fried perfectly to a light crisp. They were served on a bed of salad and tasted delicious with the tempura dipping sauce Spring onion pancake 7/10: these are locally made and shipped to this restaurant to cook. I grew up eating these Chinese pancakes and although they are very oily, they taste pretty good. Entrées: Spicy shrimp udon 9/10: this sizzling plate of noodles were delicious! There was a good kick of spice and the seasoning on the noodles and shrimps were very flavorful. Steak and shrimp deluxe 7.5/10: this sizzling dish came with rice, corn, green beans, and carrots along with the steak and shrimp. The steak was cooked medium rare and tasted decent. Compared to the spicy shrimp udon, this dish wasn't as flavorful but still tasted good. Drinks: Cold brew iced lychee black tea 8/10: I got this with lychee jelly and it was very refreshing. It had a strong lychee flavor and tasted great although it was on the sweeter side Cold brew iced cantaloupe green tea 9/10: this was also very refreshing. I preferred this over the lychee tea since it wasn't as sweet Overall, the food is amazing and the service is outstanding. The owner is an extremely friendly man who opened this restaurant right before the pandemic. I would definitely come back for their spicy shrimp udon and great fruit teas."
