"Less than 1 star. I ordered 4 ice cream sundaes for my kids, and the total came to $18.08, but only two sundaes were delivered. When I called McDonald's and spoke to the manager, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I placed my order on August 15, and here it is August 22 with no resolution. They refused to refund my money and would not deliver the missing two sundaes. As a result, two of my kids had ice cream while the other two did not. Thankfully, I raised generous kids, so they shared, but paying $18.08 for two sundaes that only cost about $2 each is ridiculous. The poor service on top of this is unacceptable. I still plan to contact corporate, and I will NEVER order from this McDonald's again. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. They really need employees with better customer service skills and work ethic—you’re probably losing customers daily. A definite 0-star review!"

The burgers and fries were stale, and the soda tasted unpleasant. There was no ketchup and no straw included with the order. The only redeeming feature was the McFlurry, which was enjoyable.

The Ou Doo order arrived promptly and was delivered straight to our door. However, one of the double burgers was not made according to our specifications, but everything else was satisfactory.

The experience was awful. A portion of my order was missing, and I received the wrong drink. I also didn't get the condiments I requested, nor were there any napkins. Overall, it was absolutely disappointing.

There were no BBQ packets included. I asked for extra salt on the fries, but they just tossed in some salt packets instead. Everything was cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while before I picked it up. This was probably the worst order I've ever had. View menu

My entire order was incorrect: the drink, the burger, and the number of chicken nuggets were all wrong. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes me think twice about using this app again, as the hassle is not worth the money I’m spending. Overall, a terrible experience.

The food and staff at this restaurant are quite pleasant and accommodating. However, the main drawback is the wait time; it’s always bustling with customers. When I place a mobile order, they're usually quick to say it will be ready in 5 minutes, but I advise you to expect to be there for 10 to 15 minutes instead.

I placed my order in advance using the McDonald's app and informed them through the app when I arrived. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went inside to check on my order. It had just been prepared, and I'm not sure why it took so long since the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. What on earth is happening at this McDonald's? There are no utensils, the staff seems to throw food at customers, and the order mistakes are worse than usual. I saw several people leave after the girl at the counter said they were out of nearly everything. Where's the manager? Why isn't there anyone supervising or assisting the staff? It took over 25 minutes to get my order correct, even after I repeatedly showed them my two orders.

The overnight staff at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. Their attitudes are some of the worst I've ever experienced. I waited for 15 minutes at the drive-thru ordering speaker without a word. When I finally greeted them, a hefty Asian woman responded sharply with "hold on." To make matters worse, my order was entirely incorrect, and the food was old and squished. The entire staff truly needs a overhaul – it's time for a complete change.

"The fact that they take reservations at 9:15 when last call for the kitchen is 9:30 is terrible. We checked in just before 9 and the hostess notices our reservation time. She asked if anyone called us beforehand to inform us that last call for the kitchen was 9:30. I replied that we were not given a courtesy call honestly, that would have helped us change our plans immediately had this been the case. Now, understanding that it was Christmas Day, we proceeded with the reservation with the hostess apologizing but letting us know they talked to the manager to inform them of the situation. Well, not sure the manager did much because as we were seated and met by our server who was covering for our actual server, Rob, it was clear they wanted to get out of there. Simple questions were responded by “I don’t know” or brushed off responses. Pretty rude considering it was our first time. So in a haste I just order a slew of things to at least accommodate the 9:30 cut off. As the sauces get dropped off, I asked what was which sauce, the server said them quickly. I asked “Okay but what’s what?” Her response “Oh I don’t know” couldn’t figure it out? Couldn’t ask? Management make it simple. 3 compartments then have it standard; left to right are X Y Z sauces. That way your servers know at all times. At that point I asked a manager to switch servers. I was already rushed by the initial server and just started off on the wrong foot. A manager by the name of Mitchell then took over. But clearly, when Rob, our regular server came to take over, you can tell he wasn’t happy to be there either. So the lack luster service, no response type of interaction I was over it. We ate the food, which for the price we paid, should have been better. Also, they ran out of beer before we even ordered drinks. Needless to say, we ate, paid and got out. Terrible service for mediocre food and poor attitudes. Not worth the trouble, holiday or not! Note to mgmt, don’t allow reservations so late."
