"The service is iffy, this McDonald's gets costumers orders wrong frequently from not providing you with all the food you've paid for, getting the order wrong, or my favorite them swiping your card too many times and charging your bank card double. I had to call my bank in front of the cashier on at least two occasions and they still won't refund you your money take cash).The managers are unprofessional and if you request to speak to the owner, everyone suddenly stops speaking English. Most of the time the food is hot and fixed quickly but not the cleanest of McDonalds Restaurants. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"

"I absolutely hate this location. I’ve had numerous problems with this location and spoke to several different managers. It’s my neighborhood location so I tried to support it , but at this point I give up !! Don’t bother speaking to these so called managers barely human beings I mean they just let anyone be a manager at this location! Did manager luze even graduate high school! Yes I asked for her name it was it was an insane altercation . I felt like I was talking a wall. Literally the other employee that wasn’t a manager helped me more in that situation. The manager w the hair net and beard(female) straight up told me that she didn’t care and just stared at me with a blank face A different altercation and time )Even if **** came down himself it wouldn’t help her or this location. Who is running this McDonald’s! I have had it with location I’m tired of having to call the manager over every time I am there. Incase you were wondering yes there is male managers there , no they don’t make the place better there’s a tall dorky kid and I don’t know if he doesn’t speak or what he couldn’t even repeat my order back to me. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A FIGHT WITH Multiple people feel free to come to this location!!"

"I had seen quite a few negative reviews about this McDonald's, but I had a fantastic experience there this morning when I ordered a breakfast sandwich. The woman at the counter who took my order was incredibly friendly and seemed to connect with many of the regular customers, taking the time to learn about their lives. It was a wonderful display of excellent customer service. Some of the staff even greeted everyone warmly. My sandwich was prepared quickly, served hot, and was delicious. Thank you for a great experience! I definitely recommend this restaurant."

"Worst McDonald experience. Towed my car while I was eating inside the McDonald. At 4:30 PM my car was towed, even though my family was at the Mc Donalds (8301 Baltimore Ave, College Park) where car was parked. We have a receipt showing I ordered foodat 4:21 PM. Waited for food and was eating at 4:30 PM while my car was towed. To top it off the toeing company damaged mycar. The towing company claimed they came in the restaurant looking for car owner before towing not true. We walked out andwere alarmed to see the car missing. We came back in the restaurant and asked every employee what could have happened to thecar. No one knew anything. Called the phone number for the towing company, they said yes we had towed the car, and it wassigned off by the manager at MCDonalds. How is this possible when the manager did not know that car was towed when we asked? The lot where the car is towed has extremely bad road (numerous large pot holes) I am very concerned the undercarriage andHigh Voltage Battery have been damaged. I think the towing company and the restaurant owner are in this together. Will NEVERcome to this location. Do NOT visit this location in a car. If you have to, leave someone with the car at all times."

"Very Patience Staff???????????????????????? ex: Yesterday I brought my 2 Kings to McD's with No Money Frfr $3.00 total. Because of My Rewards; I was able to get 2 hamburger happy meals, a $1 Large Fry AND since My Bday recently passed- for the rest of my bday month, I get a Bday Danish for FREE! Each reward has to be separate; per transaction But the Patience During rush hour Directly After School (3:45pm) across the street from the Reeves Center ???????????????? With Only One Register open Who was a Manager at That!!! I Can't Express my Gratitude and Humble Appreciation for the Rewards program and The Staff at THIS McDonald's location. They Even broke down on the Bathroom one.day when I personally was hav in bg an emergency. The elder Hispanic Male staff, whose normally on the floor; Watched me and my children come in many times. Without One Word- He Knew I needed to go to the bathroom. He slowly but speedily like a swifty tortoise, dialed the code and allowed me to used the Usually NoAccess Facility (Because of location Traffic). Again Extremely Grateful for You All Yesterday All the Additional Clutch Days You All Made had my back... I'll be coming back soon... For Dessert ????????????"

"Order with the McD iOS app. I went through. Love the iOS app. Great features, easy to use and wonderful UI. Super fast service, friendly staff in the drive. All employees seemed like the good job of the young child, they were all friendly, smiling and welcoming. I visited 2021 on April 2nd, evening. For the first time I get a 5/5 service from McD. Order: Spicy chicken sandwich, Crispy chicken sandwich and 6ct chicken nuggets. Loved both the chicken sandwiches delicious and delicious. Good job McD. I look forward to coming here regularly."

"So I went and ordered 6 ice cone and 1 blue berry frozen soda. Now, I guess from the order to the 2nd window the screamed and they asked me if I wanted the ice cone I said no so that they gave me the money back, but they forgot the frozen soda, so I just called them to them because they had broken me. I said well, just give me a refund and when I saw how much they had refunded me, I was a little upset. I paid 12 and I was refunded 10 and a few cents? but you know what I didn't have to talk to someone so I could leave it."

"The large fries were overcooked, dry, and burnt. Also, why do they fill the cup mostly with ice and barely any soda? They don’t offer the option to have soda without ice, which isn’t fair—when someone requests no ice, it should be honored. "DoorDash Morgan was great. McDonalds night manger Jessica on the other hand was very unprofessional and needs to me trained on customer service. Would not give door dash Morgan our order. I drove to McDonalds and showed her my receipt. She then would not give up our food or money. She dismissed us and would not help us just walked away. Asia another McDonalds worked helped and de escalated the situation. She was professional and better qualified to be manager. Thank you Asia you are the real mvp."

"this is my favorite local mcdonald’s. the staff is very friendly and efficient, eating is always super fresh, the restaurant is extremely clean. they always brush the floor and there is never a müll on the tables, in contrast to some of the other mcdonald’s with me. the fries at this place or the upper calf as well as the soden because there is no self-service, so that the ratio of syrup to carbonated water is somewhat higher and that simply taste better. I rarely use a drive-thru, I'd rather go in and get my food quick and fresh. I'm an older guy who's only mine, so that's the mcdonald's tops for me!"
