"I ordered two cheeseburger meals, a fish sandwich meal, and a 10-piece chicken nugget meal yesterday at this location. Once I left, I realized there was no dipping sauce, even though I had specifically requested it. Additionally, we were shorted an order of french fries, and the cheese on both the fish sandwich and cheeseburgers was not melted and tasted very artificial. The drive-thru was so backed up with eight cars in line that I didn't want to go back and wait again to request the missing items. I won’t be returning. Why do so many incompetent people work at these fast food restaurants?"

there was so much sauce on the burger, you can see it through the wrapping. the buns were so soggy to the point that it was inedible. Also, for some reason, the root beer I got was super fizzy, but the Fanta was completely flat. make that make sense View menu

I visited the drive-thru and was served by someone with bright red, colorful hair—wish I had caught their name because they were truly exceptional. Good customer service is hard to find these days, so I want to give credit where it’s due. They were incredibly patient and polite, not to mention, they really enjoyed the hot fudge!

I didn't receive my drink at first, and when I finally asked for it, it felt like they were reluctant to give it to me. I requested my meal to be dry and plain, but they included pickles, which ruined the entire burger for me. By the time I got my drink, my fries were already cold. On a positive note, the large Coke was great, although my friend Olivia had to make a trip back to get it.
