"Just went here, 11:48pm they close at 12am. I wanted 3 sodas. We wait at the drive thru and see the manager run out the door and go back inside. The drive through light and machinery was on and working. We waited for around 5 minutes and said hello and tried to get their attention. No one answers the drive through so we pull to the window (with 2 cars ahead of us getting their food and drinks) and we wait another few minutes (11:57pm at this point) and a employee comes up and tells us it is closed. We say we just want 3 sodas even though it isn’t closed and if they could accommodate that since it takes 5 seconds. Then, the manager comes up and RUDELY says “We are closed” and complains that she worked 11 hours and wanted to go home. She stated that they closed at 11:55pm (even though it says online that they close at 12am). She then said have a nice day after ignoring us just asking for the 3 sodas and could even pay in cash if the credit machine is turned off and slammed the window in our face. Very rude and I get it okay you wanna go home but 3 sodas takes 5 seconds and does not need to be rudely taken. She could’ve kindly stated that they were closed and said come back in the morning or go to the other location that is open. But she was nasty and did not want to do her job. Do not come late night even though they are open and do have their to do their job. We all work long hours and could’ve been happier with a soda."

Waiting in long line to hear my card machine not working... cash only them for my food spicy chicken combo) the chicken was hard as a brick, my fries seemed like they been sitting in the lobby... super cold, she was mad bcuz I asked for hot fries. "I believe it is important for all employees to be grateful for their jobs and greet customers with a smile when taking orders. However, I am extremely frustrated with the service at this restaurant. Every time I visit, I am always asked to move to the reserved section and wait for my order. If I wanted to wait for my food, I would not go to a fast food restaurant! The management really needs to improve the way this place is run. I used to give this McDonald's 4 stars, but now I can only give it 1. It is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. As of 3/25/22, it is still the worst. It is not even 4 o'clock and we had to wait in the drive-thru/waiting area for 10 minutes. This is unacceptable, and to make matters worse, they forgot my drink! Almost every time I come here, I am asked to wait a few extra minutes for my order, usually because of missing fries. This place really needs to get its act together. It is completely disorganized and they are never prepared."

"This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. I have never ordered food here however I DoorDash for customers and everytime I have been in here it has been nothing but BUSY. There is absolutely zero customer service and they don’t care if ur waiting and see you standing there for 5 or so minutes before finally approaching you and asking if ur all set. But tonight was a whole other level of horrible experience. I had a customer order from this restaurant and I drove 20 min to pick her order up just to get there to see signs on door saying lobby closed go through drive through waited like 15 min just to be told that there is NOOOOO door dash orders when I was not the only one there to pick up orders. They were not nice about it well maybe u should post it on ur doors as well and let ur customers who use door dash that u stopped those orders at 9pm instead of wasting everyone’s time and having customers spend money on food they can’t have! I am appalled by how the workers were treating customers and I watched some customers record them! This McDonald’s sucks!"

"The bun was squished on the fish fillet, resembling a mess, and the tartar sauce came in a carton. After finally receiving a replacement, I was shocked to find that there was no cheese on it at all. That was the last straw for me, and I ended up throwing the food away. Having traveled extensively across the United States, I can confidently say that this location is the worst I’ve encountered. Please invest in proper training for your managers; the city of Bunkie deserves better. I’ve attached a photo of the replacement sandwich for reference."

"I have been a fan of the sandwiches at this restaurant, especially the egg mcmuffins, but I have had repeated issues with my order being incorrect. Despite asking for 2 egg mcmuffins with no butter and no cheese, I continue to receive them with cheese but no butter. This morning, when I arrived home, once again I had 2 egg mcmuffins with cheese. I even confirmed with the staff that they were mine, and they assured me they were. I cannot tolerate cheese or butter, so this is frustrating. I will still visit this restaurant, but please pay attention to my order and make it right next time. I appreciate your attention to this matter!"

"during the holidays I stopped in the whitman ma mcdonalds for dinner on the way to home from shopping and at the overflowing müll in the recepticles with tablets on the müll that people had left. each table was dirty with left food dried ketchup and/or müll, raw serviettes etc. the beverage area had open straw and müll over the counter. I mentioned this to the young man in the cash register and tried to be polite and said I am sure that they cannot see this area from behind the cash register, but this place was discouraging."

"Drive thru only will move one line, so if you get to the speaker and you don't speak Spanish, you have now held up everyone in the line behind you until they decide to come take your order. Watch 3 cars go through the other line that came after me and they still hadnt helped the car in front of me. So I backed out, parked and came inside which was empty minus one table. 10 minutes later still no food but the manager is on the lobby playing on his phone and half the females in the back are standing around having a good ole time. Finally, food comes up, and she practically through the food on the counter and slammed the drink. Fries are luke warm and nuggets are cold."

"Just a little bit confusing for people unaccustomed to mobile ordering from McDonald's, because I accidentally went to the drive thru sign number three and entered the number three, until I was told by my son that there were two spots when you pull into the lot and arrive, that is not exactly visible or noticeable when you think about parking and people getting service in two drive thru lanes.Otherwise, fast and friendly service, as well as accurate only after about a five minute or so wait. Couldn't change my number three to a number two spot in the app, but the customer service team member knew how to locate me."

"I have been to this restaurant multiple times and as a vegetarian who does not eat red meat, I always opt for fish dishes. However, I have had mixed experiences when ordering coffee. I understand all places are short staffed right now so I wouldn 't mention it, but twice (I was gonna order more food) someone looked at us and went on doing whatever (save for one guy who was clearly drowning in drive through I wish I knew him as I 'd suggest giving him a raise) so I decided to leave and get food elsewhere my fault, I suppose for not realizing how hungry I was.
