"I had high hopes for this restaurant since it had recently opened. The interior is new and attractive, but the service and staff were incredibly slow. It seems like they were constantly running out of items, but instead of informing customers, they simply omitted them from orders. My order was forgotten when I went to dine in, and when I mentioned the missing items in my meal that I had already paid for, the manager displayed a rude and unwelcoming attitude."

they do not fill up when they ask for fresh pommes, they only cook them the old and give them to them. they will argue with you about sose that they say they are stuck in the pocket if they are not.

This location has dude employees, are slow, and they act offended when you say they got your order wrong. When ordering through a delivery app, the are always getting the order wrong, forgetting parts of the order. Do not go here.

Tried to order Szechuan sauce through the app. App said they had some. Got to location, main doors closed, drive through speaker was hard to hear, had to ask to come to window, lady didn’t see order and said they didn’t have any Szechuan sauce anyway. Didn’t even try to take our order in person or ask if they could help in any way. View menu

The customer service at this restaurant was subpar. I waited for about 10 minutes at the register before the manager finally took my order, and he was very rude. Additionally, the cheese on my meal was not even melted, and it seemed like everything was just thrown together carelessly. If you need assistance, don't expect much help from the staff.

I discovered coupons were taken out of my order without my knowledge. I did not realize I had paid more until the following day, and I ended up paying more than I would have been willing to. This feels like theft to me. I have not visited Burger King in 5 years and Taco Bell in 6... now this restaurant is also going on my list. I will never return. If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would.
