"I had high hopes for this restaurant since it had recently opened. The interior is new and attractive, but the service and staff were incredibly slow. It seems like they were constantly running out of items, but instead of informing customers, they simply omitted them from orders. My order was forgotten when I went to dine in, and when I mentioned the missing items in my meal that I had already paid for, the manager displayed a rude and unwelcoming attitude."

"It was the typical McDonald's experience you would expect. The self-service kiosk I used to place my order earlier failed to print a receipt, but luckily I remembered my order number, so it wasn't a big issue. "I am moving out of town and have been busy all day. Decided to drive into town and get a Big Mac/no lettuce, get back to the house and to my surprise no cheese on my special order. "McDonald's claim to Fortune is consistency and mediocrity. Until recently you had to try to spend more than six or seven dollars. "I know it's McDonald's, but I have to say that each location can feel quite different. That's why I feel it's important to highlight when the service excels beyond the norm. I didn’t catch anyone’s name, but all the staff were very friendly and professional. There was also a lovely female manager, who was slender with a hint of blue in her hair. When I rushed back in due to a small honest mistake in my order, she had my entire order remade right away and sent me on my way with a smile and a genuine thank you. Normally, this wouldn’t be the type of behavior that stands out, but in a world filled with countless McDonald's locations, it's refreshing to recognize when a team and its leader truly shine compared to other McDonald's experiences. I really appreciate the hard work you all put in!"

"We placed our order at 11:00 and waited for 20 minutes while others who ordered after us received their food. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes, we asked about the status of our order and were ignored. Finally, our food arrived while we were seated, and we were told that we were getting angry (even though we were just on our phones waiting). Just a heads up—getting to the exit requires crossing the main entrance, so be cautious of drivers who may turn left across the lane without checking for oncoming traffic. "Not sure when I will learn. I try to support businesses in my local area but every time I go through this drive through my order is wrong. I should stop and check my order but I don 't want to hold up the car behind me. Again, my order was wrong tonight and I called the store and a very rude male who claims to be the manager I find this hard to believe based on his in- ability to articulate a sentence possibly caused from the marbles he was storing in his cheeks) gets on the phone and I 'm trying to explain the situation and he keeps telling me its loud in the restaurant and he can 't hear me. One with any kind of managerial experience or pride for the location he works at would have had common sense to remove himself from the noise but NO he clearly moved close to what sounded like a drill or blender. I repeat myself 3 times and tell him I am going to contact corporate if he can 't resolve my issue by refunding my card. He hangs up on me. If this location is owned by a franchisee then the franchisee needs to be more involved with the store and who they hire. I 've called corporate to complain. It might be a bit farther but I will go to the location on Gulf to Bay or Missouri Avenue before I give my money for any more screwed up orders at this location. In times like these, you would think the manager would be grateful to have a job and appreciate the business."

The location is convenient, being right before the freeway entrance/exit. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The employees at this location were kind, respectful, and jovial, making my visit a pleasant one. A special shoutout to Jacob, who took our order with such joy that you could hear his smile through the speaker. His positivity was contagious and made our day brighter. Kat, who handed us our food at the drive-thru window, was also incredibly cheerful. I spoke to the manager about the exceptional service I received and he too was enthusiastic. "This McDonald’s is Okay. It’s either they make it to perfection (weekday Morning and Afternoon Crew), or they mess your order up (weekday evening night crew and weekend crew all together). The customer service is neutral, there can definitely be improvement. I can say also, that going in to order is better than the drive through, because you’re watching them prepare your order and it’s less likely that they will mess it up. They do a good job of keeping the inside clean as well. It’s not the best McDonald’s, but it’s not the worst either."
