"Order with the McD iOS app. I went through. Love the iOS app. Great features, easy to use and wonderful UI. Super fast service, friendly staff in the drive. All employees seemed like the good job of the young child, they were all friendly, smiling and welcoming. I visited 2021 on April 2nd, evening. For the first time I get a 5/5 service from McD. Order: Spicy chicken sandwich, Crispy chicken sandwich and 6ct chicken nuggets. Loved both the chicken sandwiches delicious and delicious. Good job McD. I look forward to coming here regularly."

This is about as good as McDonald's can be. With a large family, we typically order through the app and usually wait about 5-10 minutes for our food. There are occasional minor mistakes, but nothing major. It's the only fast food place that all three of our kids can agree on.

Today, I ordered nuggets and fries, and they were really disappointing. I expected fresh food since it was right after the lunch rush, but I was mistaken. The nuggets tasted awful and were stale, as if they had been sitting out for hours. The fries were also not great—definitely not fresh and lacking salt. I didn't mind the low salt, but they were cold and stale, so I only ate three nuggets and drowned my fries in ranch dressing. I won't be returning for that again, and I wish I could get a refund. This is definitely the best McDonald's in the area. My food has always been hot when I receive it. The customer service is excellent as well. The staff at the drive-thru are always friendly and cheerful! During my last visit, my payment didn't go through on the mobile app as it usually does, but the young man at the window was very apologetic and genuinely kind. It really didn’t bother me that there was an issue with my card. You could hear the sincerity in his voice! Overall, I've had great experiences here.
