"Just went here, 11:48pm they close at 12am. I wanted 3 sodas. We wait at the drive thru and see the manager run out the door and go back inside. The drive through light and machinery was on and working. We waited for around 5 minutes and said hello and tried to get their attention. No one answers the drive through so we pull to the window (with 2 cars ahead of us getting their food and drinks) and we wait another few minutes (11:57pm at this point) and a employee comes up and tells us it is closed. We say we just want 3 sodas even though it isn’t closed and if they could accommodate that since it takes 5 seconds. Then, the manager comes up and RUDELY says “We are closed” and complains that she worked 11 hours and wanted to go home. She stated that they closed at 11:55pm (even though it says online that they close at 12am). She then said have a nice day after ignoring us just asking for the 3 sodas and could even pay in cash if the credit machine is turned off and slammed the window in our face. Very rude and I get it okay you wanna go home but 3 sodas takes 5 seconds and does not need to be rudely taken. She could’ve kindly stated that they were closed and said come back in the morning or go to the other location that is open. But she was nasty and did not want to do her job. Do not come late night even though they are open and do have their to do their job. We all work long hours and could’ve been happier with a soda."

"The service here deserves zero stars. I ordered from a kiosk that wasn't functioning properly and wouldn't accept payments. When I tried to pay at the counter instead, I was completely ignored by four employees for several minutes. Frustrated, I ended up leaving and going to Jersey Mike's instead. Overall, it was a terrible and rude experience. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"All I wanted was a Coke and a breakfast sandwich, but while I waited, I noticed the place was in disarray. The trash was overflowing, the floor was dirty, and there was a grimy rag on the table next to me. I get that many places are understaffed right now, but this McDonald's was overwhelmed, and it seems like the management needs to step up. The employees were clearly struggling to manage orders and couldn’t address the mess around them. After spending way more time than I should have in this chaotic McDonald’s just to get a sausage biscuit, it better be hot when I finally receive it."

"I believe it is important for all employees to be grateful for their jobs and greet customers with a smile when taking orders. However, I am extremely frustrated with the service at this restaurant. Every time I visit, I am always asked to move to the reserved section and wait for my order. If I wanted to wait for my food, I would not go to a fast food restaurant! The management really needs to improve the way this place is run. I used to give this McDonald's 4 stars, but now I can only give it 1. It is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. As of 3/25/22, it is still the worst. It is not even 4 o'clock and we had to wait in the drive-thru/waiting area for 10 minutes. This is unacceptable, and to make matters worse, they forgot my drink! Almost every time I come here, I am asked to wait a few extra minutes for my order, usually because of missing fries. This place really needs to get its act together. It is completely disorganized and they are never prepared."

"This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. I have never ordered food here however I DoorDash for customers and everytime I have been in here it has been nothing but BUSY. There is absolutely zero customer service and they don’t care if ur waiting and see you standing there for 5 or so minutes before finally approaching you and asking if ur all set. But tonight was a whole other level of horrible experience. I had a customer order from this restaurant and I drove 20 min to pick her order up just to get there to see signs on door saying lobby closed go through drive through waited like 15 min just to be told that there is NOOOOO door dash orders when I was not the only one there to pick up orders. They were not nice about it well maybe u should post it on ur doors as well and let ur customers who use door dash that u stopped those orders at 9pm instead of wasting everyone’s time and having customers spend money on food they can’t have! I am appalled by how the workers were treating customers and I watched some customers record them! This McDonald’s sucks!"

"The bun was squished on the fish fillet, resembling a mess, and the tartar sauce came in a carton. After finally receiving a replacement, I was shocked to find that there was no cheese on it at all. That was the last straw for me, and I ended up throwing the food away. Having traveled extensively across the United States, I can confidently say that this location is the worst I’ve encountered. Please invest in proper training for your managers; the city of Bunkie deserves better. I’ve attached a photo of the replacement sandwich for reference."

"during the holidays I stopped in the whitman ma mcdonalds for dinner on the way to home from shopping and at the overflowing müll in the recepticles with tablets on the müll that people had left. each table was dirty with left food dried ketchup and/or müll, raw serviettes etc. the beverage area had open straw and müll over the counter. I mentioned this to the young man in the cash register and tried to be polite and said I am sure that they cannot see this area from behind the cash register, but this place was discouraging."

"I recently ordered lunch from this restaurant, and I couldn't be more pleased. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5! I highly recommend trying the Chicken McNuggets, Cheeseburger, and Big Mac – they were all delicious. The service was equally impressive, also scoring a perfect 5. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the takeout process smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant deserves a 5 as well. "Drive thru only will move one line, so if you get to the speaker and you don't speak Spanish, you have now held up everyone in the line behind you until they decide to come take your order. Watch 3 cars go through the other line that came after me and they still hadnt helped the car in front of me. So I backed out, parked and came inside which was empty minus one table. 10 minutes later still no food but the manager is on the lobby playing on his phone and half the females in the back are standing around having a good ole time. Finally, food comes up, and she practically through the food on the counter and slammed the drink. Fries are luke warm and nuggets are cold."

"Terrible experience but it isn 't the staffs fault so much as it was the terrible app. We stopped off here to grab some food before headed to Splish Splash in Calverton. I used my app to get a #1 with the $1 large fries for my girl. She used her app to get the $5 nuggets to go with her fries.Simple enough, right?Tell me how we spent 30 minutes trying to get the app to work? I was able to place my order but we were having trouble with hers. We did inside pick up and the app wouldn 't allow us to check out and pay for the food. After finding out you need to be standing near the registers for the promo to work, it was finally allowing us to check out... only for it to say there was an error placing your order, please speak to a crew member . So we did. The crew members knew absolutely nothing and was no help at all. In a situation like this, the manager should step in and override the register to accommodate the promo you are having trouble redeeming. They did nothing except say that the app was a seperate entity and we would have to call the number for a resolution. Now, I 've called them before over a different issue and it 's literally the worst experience. They have no idea what you 're talking about and you get the run around until you just get annoyed and frustrated enough to just hang up. So, I didn 't even bother calling them this time although I should.My girl wound up getting a completely different meal from what she wanted and now we were stuck with an extra order of fries that I redeemed in my order. We had it all planned out, as you should when ordering from the app. You absolutely should be taking advantage of the offers and promos within the app but this time it did not go smoothly at all and nobody cared nor felt motivated to help. After we showed the cashier the problem we were having on the app, she kinda just shook her head and said damn that 's crazy and then proceeded to charge us full price for a meal my girlfriend pretty much didn 't even want. I said wow so you guys aren 't even going to try ro remedy the situation and still charge us full price for something we didn 't really want? Waste of 30 minutes, waste of extra money, waste of fries and to top it all off, the chicken sandwich my girlfriend got wasn 't even the one she wanted. She was disappointed about her food and I felt bad for her. Terrible experience. Mcdonalds has gotten to the point where they make so much money and have so many customers that they can do the absolute bare minimum and somehow thinks it 's acceptable."
