"the first few paintings I had eaten here was great eating and so was the service. the last time I was there, the blonde loud mouth waitress was absolutely rude and refused to serve me. then I wondered if I could go through. again she refused to serve me. Why? Because I'm going halfway and apparently I parked a place I didn't have him. they told me to park at the fence. I parked there. If she'd be nice to me and maybe tell me where I could park, I'd like to ask her. remember that this place is a truck stop. the largest truck stop in the opposite so frustrating. I went into where that was a bad sign and she just started screaming at me. the whole restaurant stared at me. she didn't even answer me."

"Just went here, 11:48pm they close at 12am. I wanted 3 sodas. We wait at the drive thru and see the manager run out the door and go back inside. The drive through light and machinery was on and working. We waited for around 5 minutes and said hello and tried to get their attention. No one answers the drive through so we pull to the window (with 2 cars ahead of us getting their food and drinks) and we wait another few minutes (11:57pm at this point) and a employee comes up and tells us it is closed. We say we just want 3 sodas even though it isn’t closed and if they could accommodate that since it takes 5 seconds. Then, the manager comes up and RUDELY says “We are closed” and complains that she worked 11 hours and wanted to go home. She stated that they closed at 11:55pm (even though it says online that they close at 12am). She then said have a nice day after ignoring us just asking for the 3 sodas and could even pay in cash if the credit machine is turned off and slammed the window in our face. Very rude and I get it okay you wanna go home but 3 sodas takes 5 seconds and does not need to be rudely taken. She could’ve kindly stated that they were closed and said come back in the morning or go to the other location that is open. But she was nasty and did not want to do her job. Do not come late night even though they are open and do have their to do their job. We all work long hours and could’ve been happier with a soda."

"The service here deserves zero stars. I ordered from a kiosk that wasn't functioning properly and wouldn't accept payments. When I tried to pay at the counter instead, I was completely ignored by four employees for several minutes. Frustrated, I ended up leaving and going to Jersey Mike's instead. Overall, it was a terrible and rude experience. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"I doubt this review will make a difference to the management and owners, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I would recommend staying away from this location. The cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking, with restrooms that are in terrible condition. The tables and chairs were dirty as well. Customer service was disappointing; no one seemed interested in helping when I had a question, and the digital menus weren't even functioning. As for the food, the sandwiches were poorly assembled and the fries were only lukewarm. It’s clear that the staff doesn't prioritize service, and I get the sense that management is more focused on profits than on providing a good experience in Annandale. Consider another restaurant instead."

"Update: 3/16 This place continues to be a catastrophe. It has finally made me speechless. How an operation, as bad as this, continues to get worse and worse is truly amazing. Original Review Where do I start with this hole in the Earth? I am a working professional and honorable veteran. I am not some out of work, out of shape, old crusty human being. I come here once every week and order two value meals and maybe desserts. Never, and I mean never, can this place handle the order EVERY SINGLE TIME I AM SENT TO PARK THE CAR AND WAIT. It 's surreal, really. It does not matter what day it is or what time of day. This has been going on for more than a year (when I moved nearby). I always keep my mouth shut but today was the final straw. Monday afternoon. No cars in the parking lot. Simple order. And, of course I am sent to a parking space. Then, despite a very polite request that was politely confirmed with the lovely smile of the young associate, EVERYTHING IS WRONG AND/OR AWFUL! Coke is flat and very strange tasting Big Mac has more sauce on it than it does anything else McFlurry (M M) is 2/3rd full and ice cream is sour tasting As mentioned above, I politely requested extra sauces for the nuggets and extra ketchups for my fries and I received ONE SAUCE FOR THE NUGGETS AND NO KETHCUP. I was told they were waiting on my fries (fries were NOT hot and dowsed with salt) I received Spicy Nuggets but did not order them (I 'm allergic to most ingredients found in spicy foods) So, now, here I am AFTER SPENDING 31 of money I work so hard for, sitting in my living room eating a disgusting meal. We all know this is ultimately a problem at the corporate level. But enough is enough the Manager at this store working at 3 P.M. on Monday 2/12/24 needs to be terminated instantly. Furthermore, I would terminate the entire staff. Have the incoming manager open the filing cabinet and start interviewing. Lastly any and every new staff member should be hired on a probationary period. If you cannot fulfill a McDonald 's order and prevent ONE QUARTER of the issues aforementioned while on shift and receiving a paycheck then you deserve a well fare check (AND NOTHING MORE). Absurd. I just spent 31 f* #g dollars. P.S. Most days the parking lot smells like garbage from the dumpsters. UPDATE: DO NOT EAT HERE TODAY (2/12/24) EVERYTHING TASTES TAINTED (FRIES, MEAT, SODA, ICE CREAM) CALLING REGIONAL OFFICE DIRECT."

"All I wanted was a Coke and a breakfast sandwich, but while I waited, I noticed the place was in disarray. The trash was overflowing, the floor was dirty, and there was a grimy rag on the table next to me. I get that many places are understaffed right now, but this McDonald's was overwhelmed, and it seems like the management needs to step up. The employees were clearly struggling to manage orders and couldn’t address the mess around them. After spending way more time than I should have in this chaotic McDonald’s just to get a sausage biscuit, it better be hot when I finally receive it."

"I recently ordered lunch from this restaurant, and I couldn't be more pleased. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5! I highly recommend trying the Chicken McNuggets, Cheeseburger, and Big Mac – they were all delicious. The service was equally impressive, also scoring a perfect 5. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the takeout process smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant deserves a 5 as well. Even though I got my meal to go, the vibe was welcoming and pleasant. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of space available and free options nearby. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return for more!"

"Only recently(within the past 3 to 4 weeks) can I say our food has been just like the poor quality we get at the Bloomington and Ellettsville locations. The owner of those stores needs to have them strip them Never have we ever experienced poor food quality at the Spencer,IN location until the past few visits. It is still a by far more superior location than Monroe and Lawrence county stores. Don't even bother with the new Martinsville location until they can get their new store kinks worked out. What a mess! As far as employees go Spencer,IN still has the best around."

"Awkward when a restaurant starts putting a hospitality charge on your bill, and still asks for a tip. Umm.. how about No. YOU pay your servers a living wage, you right 8@§₹ I never mind leaving a 20 tip, minimum, but yuck. Prices are high enough without you trying to shove YOUR costs even further onto customers. A plate of clam linguini damn well doesn't cost $18.50. So, I'm willing to pay it, but I now want to know what you're paying your staff. You don't deserve to have good help, clearly. I won't be back, and I will be talking about this with everyone I can think of. Disgusting. And at $18.50 for a plate of linguini; there damn well should be a cup of soup, or a salad. Not even a crust of bread to sop up the sauce? You wanted to charge me another $4 for some bread? Shame on you. A plate of pasta, no sides no nothing, no salad, no soup, no bread, and I walked out $24 lighter. Sans anything but water to drink. I'll go back to Cafe Jordano, TYTVM. -AND you charged me taxes on that hospitality charge Frieking bull-puckey to have the nerve to charge taxes on that too! And no, I did Not leave anything additional for tip. At $18.50, plus your superfluous charge, and tax, I walked out at $24. If I added a 20% tip; that's almost $10 above and beyond the cost of that plate of food. $18.50 plus $9, $10 in hospitality and tip; that 50% honeys. Nope. Keep your food and just try and keep your staff."
"Dear McDonald’s Customer Service, I am leaving this review to formally express my disappointment with the customer service I received at the McDonald’s location in Gardiner, Maine. On 2/2/2025 at approximately 11:15-11:27pm I went through the drive-thru to place an app order. The female employee taking my order had difficulty understanding my code, and after repeating myself four times, I explained that I have braces, which might be affecting my speech. I also mentioned that if she still couldn’t understand me, I would come to the window to clarify. Instead of responding professionally, she accused me of being “nasty” and told me to “get off her line, despite my calm attempts to explain. At that point, I decided not to proceed with my order and instead requested her name to leave a review. She ignored me. I then went inside to speak with a manager, but I was informed no manager was on duty. To my frustration, I saw my order appear on the register, proving she had actually understood me the entire time this experience left me feeling disrespected and upset. "As a former delivery driver, do not EVER order delivery from this location. The employees actively ignore the front of the store and all deliveries. This store very obviously has taught their staff that the order of importance for customers is: 1. Drive-thru 2. Drive-thru 3. Mobile orders 4. Parking spot pickup orders 5. Front of house orders placed using the self help machines 6. Begrudgingly taking an order from a customer who insists on having a human help them instead of having to type in their own order 7. Delivery orders If you insist on ordering McDonald's for delivery, then I'd recommend any other location in the area. Well, maybe not the one on Fall Creek and 86th. That location at least only falls behind when they're super busy. This location is 10-15 minutes late no matter the time of day or day of the week."

"The bun was squished on the fish fillet, resembling a mess, and the tartar sauce came in a carton. After finally receiving a replacement, I was shocked to find that there was no cheese on it at all. That was the last straw for me, and I ended up throwing the food away. Having traveled extensively across the United States, I can confidently say that this location is the worst I’ve encountered. Please invest in proper training for your managers; the city of Bunkie deserves better. I’ve attached a photo of the replacement sandwich for reference."

"during the holidays I stopped in the whitman ma mcdonalds for dinner on the way to home from shopping and at the overflowing müll in the recepticles with tablets on the müll that people had left. each table was dirty with left food dried ketchup and/or müll, raw serviettes etc. the beverage area had open straw and müll over the counter. I mentioned this to the young man in the cash register and tried to be polite and said I am sure that they cannot see this area from behind the cash register, but this place was discouraging."

"The highlight of my visit was definitely the valet parking, haha. Unfortunately, the food was just mediocre at best. I've been here multiple times, and it's always the same: a lively atmosphere with a big crowd, but the Mexican food leaves much to be desired (and as a Mexican, I can say that!). The service was slow, though the staff were very friendly. The place has potential, but both the service and food quality need to live up to the vibrant atmosphere."
