"This is not exactly a post I am happy about but I was just appalled by the way this customer was acting and treating another customer and the front crew members along with the one duty manager. A friend and I were waiting to place our order when I don'tknow where Haley came into the side door with a raging attitude from absolute crazy bill she was freaking out because of aburger she had got that supposedly had five pieces of cheese on it and she was just absolutely enraged over this talking about Idon't know how you could eat this would you eat this oh my God there's five piece of cheese how can anybody eat this I've neverin my life seen anybody act like that over cheese but with that being said things heated up because of another customer askedher to please calm down it's only cheese McDonald's McDonald's it didn't get physical but the manager on duty handled it welland was able to make the lady I'm crazy Bill leave peacefully and was able to keep that atmosphere in the restaurant calm. Thecrazy cheese lady what is in the parking lot trying to continue the argument with anybody that would walk by and the managerwent outside and again trying the situation the way it should have been made to get in her car and leave but it just amazes methe way people act these days I mean a simple mistake and you make it into something of a matter that it's just ridiculous.Other than this this particular location is usually pretty smooth running little hectic sometimes but nothing like what happenedtoday."

"On the last day to file taxes, I was feeling quite foggy and decided to treat myself to two sausage and egg McMuffins for $6, but I requested them without the muffins since I can't have bread. Although the cashier tried her best to be patient, she seemed annoyed by my simple request and had to confirm three times that I didn't want the muffins. I asked if I could replace the muffins with an extra egg, which ended up costing around $4.40 each, bringing the total to $8.80 extra for those two eggs. When my order arrived, I noticed they put a single folded egg on each sandwich. I explicitly requested no muffins, but the round eggs were served instead of the extra folded ones I paid for. I even showed the receipt to the manager to clarify, but she still charged me an additional $2 for the eggs that should have already been included. Having worked at McDonald's for two years, I was disappointed that I allowed myself to be misled after double-checking my order. It was particularly disheartening to witness the manager treat another customer poorly. This lady, who had been patiently waiting in line and causing no issues, was shooed away because of her body odor. She was completely reasonable and even thanked the manager for bringing it to her attention. The manager could have discreetly taken her order instead of humiliating her. My mother ended up giving her her sandwich after the way she was treated, which felt right given the circumstances. I also felt belittled when I was handed those round eggs, despite trying to address the situation nicely. I have a strong feeling I was only charged for one egg because the manager realized she made a mistake at the last minute. Although I might look young, I'm actually 28, and it's disheartening to be treated like a child. It's important to remember to treat all customers with respect, especially those who aren’t causing any issues. Date of the incident: April 15, 2024, around 11:12 AM."
