It was remarkable to experience such attentive service at a McDonald's—I never thought I would encounter anything like that in a fast food setting. "As a former delivery driver, do not EVER order delivery from this location. The employees actively ignore the front of the store and all deliveries. This store very obviously has taught their staff that the order of importance for customers is: 1. Drive-thru 2. Drive-thru 3. Mobile orders 4. Parking spot pickup orders 5. Front of house orders placed using the self help machines 6. Begrudgingly taking an order from a customer who insists on having a human help them instead of having to type in their own order 7. Delivery orders If you insist on ordering McDonald's for delivery, then I'd recommend any other location in the area. Well, maybe not the one on Fall Creek and 86th. That location at least only falls behind when they're super busy. This location is 10-15 minutes late no matter the time of day or day of the week."

"Terrible experience but it isn 't the staffs fault so much as it was the terrible app. We stopped off here to grab some food before headed to Splish Splash in Calverton. I used my app to get a #1 with the $1 large fries for my girl. She used her app to get the $5 nuggets to go with her fries.Simple enough, right?Tell me how we spent 30 minutes trying to get the app to work? I was able to place my order but we were having trouble with hers. We did inside pick up and the app wouldn 't allow us to check out and pay for the food. After finding out you need to be standing near the registers for the promo to work, it was finally allowing us to check out... only for it to say there was an error placing your order, please speak to a crew member . So we did. The crew members knew absolutely nothing and was no help at all. In a situation like this, the manager should step in and override the register to accommodate the promo you are having trouble redeeming. They did nothing except say that the app was a seperate entity and we would have to call the number for a resolution. Now, I 've called them before over a different issue and it 's literally the worst experience. They have no idea what you 're talking about and you get the run around until you just get annoyed and frustrated enough to just hang up. So, I didn 't even bother calling them this time although I should.My girl wound up getting a completely different meal from what she wanted and now we were stuck with an extra order of fries that I redeemed in my order. We had it all planned out, as you should when ordering from the app. You absolutely should be taking advantage of the offers and promos within the app but this time it did not go smoothly at all and nobody cared nor felt motivated to help. After we showed the cashier the problem we were having on the app, she kinda just shook her head and said damn that 's crazy and then proceeded to charge us full price for a meal my girlfriend pretty much didn 't even want. I said wow so you guys aren 't even going to try ro remedy the situation and still charge us full price for something we didn 't really want? Waste of 30 minutes, waste of extra money, waste of fries and to top it all off, the chicken sandwich my girlfriend got wasn 't even the one she wanted. She was disappointed about her food and I felt bad for her. Terrible experience. Mcdonalds has gotten to the point where they make so much money and have so many customers that they can do the absolute bare minimum and somehow thinks it 's acceptable."

"At first, they said they could honor my breakfast order, but I needed to pay by card. I explained that my payment had to go through the app, but they still declined to help me. I suggested that since it was their mistake, they could let me pay for something that costs the same and just give me the breakfast I ordered, but they refused to cooperate. The manager, Roxanne, was particularly unhelpful and displayed poor customer service skills. I've dealt with another manager, Florence, in the past when I had an issue with my order, and she was much more accommodating and understanding. She recognized that when the company errs, customers should be given some flexibility. In the end, the $12.12 charge went through on my card anyway, making the whole experience frustrating and indicative of terrible service."

"I will not be returning. This place is simply the worst. It's conveniently located right off the highway, but they seem unable to keep or find staff. We had to wait four cars deep in the drive-thru, and it took an hour for our food to be brought to the table. While it's nice that they serve you at the table, it becomes impractical when there's only one employee managing 30 to 40 customers. We've tried this location several times and always experienced slow service and cold food. I really hope they consider increasing wages to attract more employees. It’s disheartening to see the staff working so hard but still falling behind. The tables were dirty, and the restroom hadn't been cleaned in days. The conditions were very poor. We arrived during the lunch rush, which might have contributed to the issues."

"I couldn't get my picture to post but it was 22:40 and a hand written sign was on the drive thru speaker saying closed early due to staff shortages.... The parking lot is empty and this is Ellington... I have worked in the restaurant field for over 20 years and I have ran solo with lines out the door. This generation is different I suppose but at least change the hours online so I won't waste my gas or time thinking your open. Franchisee needs to up the game here. I see people inside by the fryers dining room dark but google time says open I'm in. You hear me ask a question at the speaker please don't test my IQ or patience. I understand the issue but respond back why and how long it will be like this so I don't come back again in the future and waste everyone's time.Funny story at the end of the day I came to Wendy's in Vernon and there is only one girl and she was sweet as pie with a line of cars.I guess my order will pay for for her paycheck and I will get real meat Regards"
