"At first, they said they could honor my breakfast order, but I needed to pay by card. I explained that my payment had to go through the app, but they still declined to help me. I suggested that since it was their mistake, they could let me pay for something that costs the same and just give me the breakfast I ordered, but they refused to cooperate. The manager, Roxanne, was particularly unhelpful and displayed poor customer service skills. I've dealt with another manager, Florence, in the past when I had an issue with my order, and she was much more accommodating and understanding. She recognized that when the company errs, customers should be given some flexibility. In the end, the $12.12 charge went through on my card anyway, making the whole experience frustrating and indicative of terrible service."

Tons of flies on every table. We ate in and had to switch tables a few times. While we ate, about 10 flies bothered us the whole time. The food was well-prepared though.

Gnats everywhere. No clean tables. Finally they have music. Understaffed.I could hardly enjoy my food trying to swat the gnats. Food was very good.I love the new sweet girls from Argentina. The health department needs to visit over the insects. Very unsaniitary.

This has got to be the slowest macdonalds in America. And 80% of the time my order is wrong. Most of the workers is very nice and friendly it's just there system is terrible and what's up with there ice cream maker it's always out of order not just sometimes but it's always broken foe years now that's terrible. Cashier is closed, while manager and staff stands around, waiting for you to use the kiosk… so forced to used the kiosk. Then forced to give a table number. We waited and waited for our order to arrive, only to find out that it had been sitting on the counter for a while. Ele’ele Mcdonalds has really bad service.

I decided to park and place my order on the app for inside pickup, hoping to catch up on some texts while I waited. After 15 minutes, I headed in to collect my order, only to find out that the restaurant wasn't actually open, despite allowing me to order for counter pickup in the app. It was too late to cancel, so I had no choice but to wait in the drive-thru line.
