"The staff here is very friendly and hardworking! Even though they were overwhelmed with orders, they managed everything with grace. The only downside was that a few items in my order were incorrect or missing. This is not typical for this location, and given how busy they were, I can understand the slip-up. I still highly recommend this place, as they usually get orders right and are consistently friendly and helpful!"

"The women working at this McDonald's were amazing! All three greeted me with smiles. The first woman and I chatted about a great song playing on the radio. The second woman mentioned she was a big coffee drinker and made the perfect cup for me. The third woman was also very kind. It was a fantastic way to start my Friday at 9 am! Kudos to the employees here, especially compared to the lazy staff at the Sanford McDonald's in Maine. Keep up the excellent customer service, ladies!"

"McDonalds is always an iffy place, as is any fast food restaurant. Cannot always expect everything to be fast or perfect, but still generally some good food for a quick bite. Grabbed food for my kids one night and they forgot an order of nuggets. So I tried calling an their phones were completely offline, (mind you this was while the construction was going on). They were not informed that their phone lines were down, so I just sent them a polite email telling them their phones were down when I tried calling about my nuggets. Which I wasn't worried about, it was only a snack to tide the kids over until we gotten home and dinner would be made. A woman from their resource center called me and had mail me a certificate for 120 nuggets. "

"I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. No big deal right? Except my Quarter Pounder with EXTRA onions had like 2 onions on it and it was so cold, the cheese wasn’t melted. Also ordered a SPICY chicken with EXTRA pickle. They wrapped it in a spicy chicken wrapper but didn’t put the spicy sauce on it nor did they put the extra pickles. The two large fries were perfectly fine. If any employees see this, this was at 8:45pm on January 15th 2025. Take action with your employees, please. Do better"

"The large fries were overcooked, dry, and burnt. Also, why do they fill the cup mostly with ice and barely any soda? They don’t offer the option to have soda without ice, which isn’t fair—when someone requests no ice, it should be honored. "Waited over 10 minutes for my food, but that was to be expected because it was a fairly large order. What upset me was that I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food, but without my drinks. I also requested a drink carrier. When the food was brought to my car, the person who brought my food did NOT have my drinks. I inquired about them and was told they were making them. When she came out 5 minutes later she handed me the cup carrier and my drinks separately. I don't understand why my drinks weren't made while waiting for my food or why the drinks were not placed in the cup carrier and I had to put them in. The service today totally sucked."

"Rode our bikes near the neighborhood and ended up having lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. We sat outside in the patio area. Was ordered directly from my phone using their app. Quick, simple and easy. My son was happy to get the 6 piece nuggets happy meal. McDonald's is paving the way for other drive thru fast food chains to copy or at least have the same business model. After Covid there many fast food chains had to figure out a way for contactless ordering, and they've nailed it."

"The young woman with the glasses screwed up my drink on 09/08/2023 at 8:00 pm. She was short fused and rude. We were told to pull up to wait for the fries and many cars passed through the drive thru. This is unacceptable when I am a paying customer. I had child with special needs who was crying in the back of my car. I will not recommend service from this facility if this behavior is condoned. When my husband went inside, she told him our order was forgotten about as an excuse.wow. She did not give her name and we did not get a receipt. We will not be going to this McDonalds. An apology would have been nice. Taking our business elsewhere!"

"If you eat inside, it's a little confusing if you're supposed to use the screens to order or wait in line. I used the screen, and it doesn't list all the menu options, which was weird, so getting a happy meal they didn't have a cheeseburger option, onlyhamburger. "I frequently grab lunch here (perhaps too often), and overall I’m very satisfied with this location. I usually order through the drive-thru or at the board, so I can’t comment much on the inside. My orders are consistently accurate (including for other customers), and the food quality is reliably very good. The only issue is with the sauces; they often don’t provide the correct amount as requested in the mobile app (and sometimes they’re missing altogether), but they’ve been doing a better job of this recently. The wait times at the drive-thru and curbside are reasonable (especially faster for smaller orders), and I’ve never had any issues when I needed to voice a concern. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been excellent and polite. Overall, this is one of the more affordable and dependable locations in the area, making it a great choice for lunch."

"One of the better ones! BEWARE! If you drive a large truck or are pulling a trailer the drive through lanes are way too small curves are tight. Anything bigger than a Prius will test your skills! "I had a fantastic quick meal at this McDonald's today while dining in. The fountain drinks were perfect, and the Barq's root beer was just what I wanted. The Big Mac was incredibly fresh, and the fries were the hottest I've had in years! They could have used a bit more salt, but that was readily available. The booths were comfortable and clean. This is truly one of the best McDonald's I've been to! I also used the rewards app, which made the payment process fast and easy."
