"Went thru drive thru this morning, wasn 't able to get the drinks I wanted. Was told only HI-ci was available so had to purchase more expensive coffee drinks with my order that I initially didnt want. Received soggy hashbrowns, the wrong sandwich with my meal and the sandwich for my wife 's meal had hair in it.This type of quality service has been on going for sometime now since this location went from Classic McDonald 's to what it is now. Visit after visit the service just keeps going down hill."

Everytime our order is wrong. This last time, nothing was correct and a few item were missing. The food was packaged sloppy, cold and bland. We didn't eat any of it after one bite that my son spit out.

The best chicken nuggets hands down. The past 2 weeks I had 2 orders of nuggets that were so horrible that I couldn’t chew them! I now have learned to take a bite of my nuggets before I drive away! You should do this too!

I have never been to a McDonald's with a more efficient drive-thru than this one! I frequently stop by for lunch and even when there is a long line, they still manage to serve you quickly. I have never had any issues with my order here. View menu

This McDonald's drive-thru is not well managed. During my last few visits, I've been asked to wait at a stop sign and have either been overlooked, waited over 5 minutes, had items missing from my order, or experienced a combination of these issues.

The staff is always friendly and service is prompt! The food arrives piping hot and the order is always accurate. Whenever I'm in the Dane County area, I make sure to stop by this restaurant for a meal. However, one day they ran out of chicken due to delivery issues worldwide. The interior of the restaurant is also very stylish.
