"I visited the restaurant yesterday and noticed a lot of commotion and arguing among the staff, so I decided to come back another time. Today, I returned with my mom and younger brother, who has a disability. The attitude of the person taking my order was quite hostile; it was so intense that I had to ask her to tone it down for the sake of my brother. She completely ignored my request and remained rude throughout the entire order process. The only reason I stayed was that I wanted to surprise my brother with McDonald's, which I had already promised him."

The service at this restaurant is quick, but every time I place an order, they forget to include the sauces that I paid for. On my most recent visit, my order was missing items and there were no sauces included. The bag is always sealed, so I suspect this mistake happens in the store when the order is being prepared.

The staff is constantly chatting among themselves instead of paying attention to customers, resulting in incorrect orders every time. The manager simply stands by and says nothing, just like the employees. It's awful. They don't even deserve a single star.
