"The ONLY reason I go is because my son loves their double cheese burger and to play with all the kids on their play equipment.The Denison location needs proper management, customers standing around waiting on food, only to find out their orders were lost , and this place has been so dirty every time we 've been. All the tables are dirty, the floor is even worse. Forget the play area. That room has to be on OSHA 's watch list. Food and trash everywhere. Never a clean table or place to sit, always dried up sauce stuck to them, so much food and trash on the floor under the table. I usually just scrub the table and seat with napkins and their hand sanitizer. Last visit, no sanitizer in the whole place, so I asked an employee if they have a wash cloth or something to clean the table. He asked a manager what to do, She handed him 2 tiny packets of alcohol wipes to do the job myself. Trust me, it didn 't clean anything. All the tables in the play area were so bad. I had to go to the restroom and wet napkins with soapy water. They have an employee standing at every station in that cook area, but not a single person designated to keep the place clean."
