I can't believe the food was served cold! All they had to do was cook it, put it in a bag, and give it to me. And they have the nerve to charge $17-20 per hour for their employees!

There were no issues with our orders, they were promptly taken care of. We have tried everything on the menu and loved it all. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend trying other dishes as well.

Service is always polite, professional and efficient. Very clean and they have the nice feature of door step pads so you can enter and leave virtually hands free for those concerned with covid issues. Highly recommend this particular McDonald's.

It was closed for Thanksgiving. But it qould be nice next holuday to post were not open , alot if cars went to your drive, waited for no reply. Even the windows didnt say closed. Its cold out people wanted hot food and coffee. We found a place up the street.

This restaurant is terrible. I checked their Google hours before going, but when I arrived, they took the order of the person who came in right before me and then told me they were closed. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere. The service is inconsistent depending on the time of day. I once waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. My visit to this restaurant last night was terrible. The cashiers were rude and didn't pay attention to our orders because they were preoccupied. We ordered two small frappes but were charged for a large frit with Oreos and a Sprite that we never ordered. The girls taking our order seemed disorganized, and the girl at the cash register had a bad attitude when we pointed out the mistake. The management really needs to replace their drive-thru cashiers.

Since this restaurant is the most convenient option for us, we often find ourselves coming here despite our limited choices. The main problem we encounter is the lack of consistency in our orders. Every time we visit, something goes wrong with our meal, whether it's missing items like fries or sauces, or a sandwich being prepared incorrectly. It is extremely frustrating as these mistakes occur consistently. While we understand that errors can happen occasionally, the frequency of these mishaps at this establishment has become unacceptable. We have spent a significant amount of money at this restaurant only to be disappointed by their recurring mistakes.

I ordered a burger with extra pickles, but when I received it, it looked like someone had thrown a handful of onions on it. When I brought it back, the staff informed me that the burgers are cooked with onions and I would need to request a special patty if I wanted one without onions. This was news to me, as I have never encountered this before. I understand that there may be some stray onions during the sandwich-making process, but the lack of communication and attention to detail at this McDonald's in Winnebago, Illinois is concerning.
