"Our reservation was set for 5:15 and we arrived at 5:15 and were sat immediately and a very nice table outside. We had plans to see a show at 7:30 at a venue nearby and decided to get dinner before at Mimmo’s. We had planned to leave the restaurant around 7:00, which allowed 1 hour 45 mins for our dining experience. We did not receive our main course until 6:50, and didn’t even get to enjoy it before having to rush out to make our event. Service was poor and there were miscommunications with the staff regarding bringing us our check and to-go boxes in a timely manner, since we no longer had time to enjoy our meal. Despite the poor service, the food was excellent when it was enjoyed at home after our event. This was our first time at Mimmo’s and I am sad to say I would not come back again. The food and atmosphere were great, but the cost and slow service do not make this place worth the price or the trip."

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"This was our first time visiting Williams. We enjoy trying out different diners, and tonight we chose Williams. This place is a hidden gem in Reading, offering home-style cooking at a reasonable price. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean everything looked. The salad bar had a nice variety of options, and the food looked and tasted fresh. We were seated quickly, and our server Sara was prompt in taking our drink orders. She was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, even refilling my drink without me having to ask. Our food was served promptly and presented neatly. There was no rush to finish our meal, and the portions were generous and delicious, with a homemade taste. We left feeling satisfied and happy, and we will definitely be back to Williams after this wonderful experience."

"Call ahead 6:30, check in 6:27 FINALLY sat 7:13.... luke warm soup, HOT rolls, 1/2 way through soup our meals arrive... no one came to check on us, husbands meal had 4 unopened muscles and couldn 't be eaten but since no one checked on us we couldn 't tell anyone.. OH and can we say something about the 9oz glass of wine for 10$ I can BUY a whole bottle of the same wine for that... upcharge much !!??!! ..It 's been a LONG time since we ate here, it will be a LONG time till we eat here again !"

"I ordered chicken wings and shrimp scampi pizza, and it was the worst I've ever experienced. The pizza crust was burnt, the topping was overloaded with garlic, it lacked cheese, and it was quite dry. The chicken wings were overcooked, dry, and tasteless. I will not be ordering from there again."

"It was good, it was not cheap but it was really good. It was super packed because kids got off school early. It is not usually super packed, it can be really packed but that is the worst I have seen it packed. There was one table left and I got itthankfully. "I don 't usually give reviews. However, there were several things that need to be said about our carry out yesterday. I understand they under new management, as of 6 months ago, so some things are probably still in process of being changed. First, we tried to go online and look for the menu...no updated, user friendly website...and the menus that popped up were old and outdated. So...I called to place our carry out. Two items I requested are no longer available...old menu items. I ordered the basic grilled cheese and tomato soup to make things less complicated. My lunch special was awful...nasty American cheese and Campbell 's type tomato soup? How can you botch up grilled cheese and tom soup? My hubby 's smash burger was great. Our guests stuff was so, so. For $51.00 all our meals should have been better. I guess we 'll go to Lucy 's next time...cheaper prices, much better food!"

"We went there this evening for our 20th wedding Anniversary. There were several things wrong. The Environment very inviting and romantic. Our waitress was amazing and the tip should be hers alone. Most of the food was delicious. But the main course was very short. Meaning know you Wagu. It is not Japanese it was supposed to be Australian Wagu, but it wasn’t even that. I am not sure what it was. The manager came over and said we are welcome not to come back and she said the chef said the same thing. My husband didn’t make a scene or nothing he just stated it is not that steak they advertised. We didn’t return the steak or asking for a refund. He just said it isn’t what was advertised. We were planning to drink some more drinks and get dessert. But after the manager talked to us like that and the chef. We left and we were planning to come back another time to eat the other food, but after how we were laughed at and talked to that is what was disappointing. Definitely not a $400 experience I want to go through again and sad experience for our 20th wedding anniversary."

"I found this place online and the prices were reasonable and the menu looked appetizing. I went today with my daughter for lunch. I ordered the roast turkey, stuffing and cranberry sandwich. I asked for sourdough bread which tasted cheap not tangy and delicious as real sourdough should be. The stuffing tasted just like boxed Stove Top stuffing mix, which I dislike very much. My daughter ordered the shepherds pie and the meat and gravy tasted just like canned Dinty Moore Beef stew. Very unappetizing. The atmosphere and live music were pleasant. The waitress was slow though it wasn't busy. We normally give a restaurant a second try but the prices were higher than listed online and the quality of the food doesn't justify the increase. "My husband brought the Honduran Brownie and a marshmallow treat back from a work meeting. We loved the brownie so much that I wanted to find a way to order some. I looked up their website and couldn't believe what I saw. $34.99 for 8 brownies!!!! Completely ridiculous. Sad to say, I'll probably never have another."

"I dined here three times last year and found the food to be of poor quality for the price—regardless of what they charge. We were served on foam trays, and the overall atmosphere feels reminiscent of a budget fast-food joint. The drive-thru is a nice feature, but that's about it. "The first thing you notice about the Windsor Inn is its parking lot, which can get quite crowded during events at Karate Square. Thankfully, this isn't too much of a hassle. The entrance is located on the side and takes you straight into the bar area. The overall decor could use some updates. We chose to sit in the front area, opposite the terrace. The menu features a variety of intriguing dishes and creative twists on classic favorites. They claim to use fresh ingredients, and judging by the extra waiting time for our meals, this seems to be true. Waiting for high-quality, fresh food is definitely worth it. The food itself was absolutely fantastic, with our two entrees either meeting or surpassing our expectations."

"Please have a paper menu for visibility. Impaired. I couldn't see a menu to order. My husband tried to read it, but since it's always very busy, he didn't do well. I ended up with a muffin with bacon and cheese, potatoes. I tried the bacon, no fan, and I can't have potatoes. Not a good first visit. And last with all the fast food. If I can't see the menu, it's not friendly enough for me. It was a disappointing trip after seeing your ads for CS"

"This place Rock's...!!! The meals are really good. The service was good. The inside of the restaurant was cool. But remember... Don't judge a book by it's cover... The outside of the restaurant looks like a Turkey Hill mini market, but that's ok...!!! It was a Turkey Hill mini market at one time and they are making it work. I know first hand how much It costs to redesign a commercial property... I personally owned some properties, including restaurants at one time. It's super expensive...!!! My point is that, I don't care what It used to be... When I walked in side, I was pretty impressed. It was nice and clean...!!! The food was delicious and fairly priced. I hope they keep up the good work and don't change anything. Just another note... They just opened another location down in Mt Penn/ Exeter area at the old Charcoal Chef restaurant. I tried it and I loved it. Great job Norte Sur, keep up the great work...!!!"

"I was a bit sad when Viva folded, and didn't really know if this place would be very good. I went there a few nights back, and wow it's a worthy successor. Since it is owned by the same people who do Austins, it shares some menu items with thatrestaurant. However, it has a wide offering of dishes to choose from, each being different from the other. Service was great,food was great, and overall the experience was great. Definitely will be coming back."

"My boyfriend and I visited Arbor Inn last Thursday to celebrate our one-year anniversary, despite the heavy rain and flooding. Even though we looked like drowned rats when we arrived, our experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. Everything was outstanding—the service, the food, and the ambiance. I told him that we should make it a tradition to come here every year for our anniversary and try different dishes from the menu, as everything sounded so tempting! The Duck Lo Mein was incredible, and the Lamb Chops were incredibly tender. Our waitress showed great patience and was very knowledgeable, especially when I struggled to decide on my order, having to come back to our table a third time! I’m already looking forward to celebrating many more anniversaries at Arbor Inn!"

"I am not a coffee drinker, but it was necessary for me to go to Perfecto Caffe. I had a quick meeting that was planned to take place at the Starbucks in town. It was closed! The reason: staffing. Well that is what was posted on their doors. Perfecto was directly across the street. First thing that is noticeable is how bright it looks inside the shop. The doors and windows were clear as glass should be. Inside I walked on a clean looking floor of tile. The que was clearly labeled to direct one to get served efficiently. As for service, I saw a person at each of the stations that should be staffed. The girls, yes they were real girls working! They did not give any hints of pretentiousness. I saw warm, friendly girls enthusiastically engaged. I had to make use of the rest room. Each were properly labeled MEN, WOMEN. Inside the MEN'S room ? was clean, stocked and tastefully decorated. They even had a think towel under the soap dispenser to catch any drips to the floor. When I had to order, the girls paid attention to prepare what I was asking for. I sad on in a wide booth with a clean table. If the hot chocolate was not so syrupy, I would call this a Perfecto stop!"
