"Move over Alebrije, there's a new Mexican restaurant in town. In addition to all the other Mexican restaurants in town, of which there are dozens, if not hundreds. Norte Sur got me my fajita fix throughout the pandemic. So affordable as every other restaurant jacked up their prices. Awesome variety and high quality ingredients. Excellent presentation as well. I have about half a dozen Mexican restaurants within walking distance, but I oftentimes order from Norte Sur (which is about five miles away) simply because it offers so much more value. Check out their lunch specials! You can feed your family of four for $30. That's a deal and a half in this economy."

I?m really hoping tonight was just a bad night for you guys cause this was not the best I?ve gotten and I?m honestly disappointed. Where?s the lettuce and tomatoes ? The refried beans were just a stiff ball of thick mush that has never been like this.

My husband and I love this restaurant!! He usually gets the Burrito Norte Sur, and I always get their shrimp fajitas... absolutely delicious! Their house salsa is fantastic. It's very flavorful, and it has a nice kick to it! We have always been quite pleased with our meals.

Had a great meal late into the night! The service was amazing and they gave chips with dip as a complimentary appetizer. We ordered the steak tacos and they were packed with meat! The atmosphere is nice and the food was great! It's a nice spot with ample parking as well! I recommend giving this place a stop by for a great meal. View menu

I decided to call the business instead of posting a review…However after I explain my concerned with my food. There was a long silent pause, I then proceeded to ask her if I made sense…. She said yes. Confused with the long pause yet again. I surely wasn’t going to be on silent with a stranger so needless to say we did not come to a resolution. Disappointed customer service 0 out of 10.

I live in California and am only here in Pennsylvania for 2 weeks, wanted to find a Mexican restaurant close to my hotel in Reading. I am so happy that this place was close by and open! The service was great, the food was really good, and hey the beer went well with my meal! ???????? Thank you to my waiter for letting me use his charger so I can get back to my hotel.. I am definitely coming back!
