"After enjoying a visit to the McCormack's on Robinson and after hearing good reports from friends at an event at the Regency location, we arranged to meet a group of friends at the Big Whisky. The food is fabulous, from the vegan BBQ to the bronzino inventive, well done, and good value. The drink list is extensive. The interior is well finished; although the location is questionable (cheap, I guess? . The service, as mentioned in other reviews, was really not good. Our server was well intentioned, I believe. But not equipped for a party of 10, even though we made up about half of the number of patrons in the whole (large! restaurant for the evening. These days, nothing else will bring me to Regency so the experience needs to be pretty great to make me want to come back. And I just don't feel we got that. (Although there were menu items that I would still like to try!"

"our server was so beautiful and knowledgeable! he even knew what the best pairings of the burgers were with the best pommes. we enjoyed all our appetizers: spinat artichoke di, buffalo flowers bite, and wobble ring tower. everything came out nice and hot. also try the Rum Punch!"

"It's a common occurrence at many restaurants. You sit down at your local diner and see a group of 10 kids come in, order only 2 orders of fries to share, and then leave without leaving a tip for the server. Parents should do a better job teaching their children about the importance of tipping and treating others with respect. It's not right to treat servers like they don't matter. Remember the saying, "don't poo where you eat" - be kind and show respect to everyone, including your server."

"Fairly small place, but even though they were short on help at that time, the lady working (the only one in front) was phenomenal. She handled everything without showing stress. Food was awesome. Onion Rings were like from home Chipolte Black Bean Burger was the best I have ever had. My husband's sandwich was excellent. We will definitely keep that on our radar whenever we are in the area. Vegetarian options: I try to do vegetarian as much as I can and I had a hard time until I say the Chipotle Black bean burger."

"I mean this is a kind of a cool place to visit but I couldn’t come here constantly. It’s a real small spot, the food portions are on the smaller size for a diner, the atmosphere was cool but it didn’t really hit home for me because they have alot of vintage old machines just laying around, it makes you feel as if your having breakfast in your grandparents cluttered garage or storage area. Some machines were renewed and it just creates this detachment from the vintage environment they’re trying to keep. The food was nothing special. It taste like food you can make at home. For a quick pit stop to get back on the road fast sure this could be the place but for myself I really couldn’t see myself going back here. Maybe if the breakfast was tastier… Side note it’s cash only so bring those bills."

"We have been here before and always sat on the deck- most lovely. Tonight we were sat in the basement and it is a basement, with some minimal design. The cheese and artisan meats plate was OK, the olives had no flavor however. The Hummus plate was spot on and well done. Then the came the entrees , lets just say not a great evening, zero for five... the best selection was the tuna nachos, the other four did not get more than 1/4 consumed. the Curries just missed the mark, Carnitas was served cold and atop grease fried masa and the steak lettuce wraps were just not well presented nor enjoyed. We will go back based on other experiences and give this restaurant one more chance- but go when the weather is nice and sit out side. The service was solid as well, the greeting was polite and efficient at the front door."

"I recently dined at a well-known restaurant that typically receives high praise, but was disappointed with my experience at Frank's Outback. I ordered marinated salmon and Chinese-style sweet, but what I received was a dry salmon finger and overcooked, mushy broccoli. My wife ordered fried oysters, which were tough and did not taste like oysters should. The service was lacking as well, with loud young patrons nearby who appeared to be intoxicated. The staff did not seem to discourage their disruptive behavior, likely in hopes of receiving a generous tip. Overall, I found the restaurant to be overrated and will not be returning in the future."

"We went to the restaurant for brunch on Sunday at 12:30. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The only downside was that the waiter appeared to be more focused on attending to all customers rather than sticking to assigned sections, which resulted in slow service. However, overall the service was good and friendly. This was my first time dining there and I am looking forward to visiting again."

"Went there on a whim, since they were not busy, and the wait at Red Robin was 45 mins to a hour.I was seated literally right away, which made me a little worried Why do they not have a longer wait time? Maybe they are not good But from the moment I walked in, everything was great!!Best kept secret!!The atmosphere is wonderful, the food delicious!They served a really yummy soup appetizer I had never had before. "Unfortunately we will no longer be eating here. On Monday 8/12 we stopped in to have dinner not the best service but it happens, but food was great as always. This has always been our go to family restaurant….not anymore! My husband went used the men’s restroom a guy came in that was from the kitchen, used the urinal after he was done NEVER washed his hands went right back to work. We were done eating when my husband went to pay he asked to see the manager, he explained what he just witnessed, how utterly disgusted we were that we will not be back! He was on his way to go see who in the kitchen was responsible but then got a phone call. We don’t know if he ever addressed this in the kitchen because we left while he was on the phone. I’m not one to post stuff like this but I feel it should be put out there. With everything that was pounded into our heads when Covid hit Im surprised at this."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find that this restaurant was not too crowded when we visited on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend. The atmosphere is very laid-back and whimsical. Tucked away in a small corner, the outdoor terrace was not overly noisy. We tried the wings and the black bean burger, both of which were delicious. I would also recommend trying the "world's smallest chocolate sundae." It's a tiny shot of chocolate syrup served with ice cream and whipped cream, but it's absolutely delicious. It's just the right size to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling too heavy. Overall, a great experience - we will definitely be returning."

"One of my new favorite diners in nyc! I came one Saturday for brunch and the diner was packed. We grabbed a booth and ordered the vegetable omelette and corned beef hash. My omelette was stuffed with so many good veggies and the hash browns were a perfect golden brown. Not sure if you can tell by the picture but the portions are huge. "I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened. Unfortunately, yesterday was the final straw for me. I placed an order for two pizzas over the phone for pick-up. However, when I arrived, I was dismayed to find that I had to wait in a long line behind customers who had not even placed an order yet. The sign clearly stated that my order was ready, but I was forced to wait along with everyone else. This policy is not only frustrating, but it also resulted in my pizzas being cold by the time I finally received them."
