"What began as a simple craving for enchiladas turned into years of regular visits to Rjc Family's Cafe. We've enjoyed their quesadillas, tuna wraps, refreshing salads, fruit smoothies and juices, crispy chicken wraps, chicken fajita plate, blueberry muffins, tiramisu, mojitos, and many other delicious dishes. For a long time, Fordham Rd lacked a spot where you could find flavorful, healthy options beyond burgers and fried chicken. While there are some Latin restaurants in the area, Family's Cafe is a cozy hidden gem offering a diverse menu and friendly service. It's truly a great place to bring your family for a satisfying meal. Although the cafe is currently in a transitional phase, expanding with a pizzeria and updating its website, my family and I continue to return. We're glad it made it through the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown and even added outdoor seating in 2021. We're excited to try their pizza when it launches."

"Been in Port Chester for many years and finally paid Coyote Flaco a visit. This restaurant has been in town for years and I can firmly say, one of the best Mexican/Ecuadorian places I’ve eaten at. The seating is traditional. Outside. On picnics tables.It was the best! Pictures are the chimichangas, table salsa and a pitcher of their jalapeño margaritas. The service was prettyfast. The menu was very long but the classics always called out as house favorites. Went with a few coworkers and they were allhappy. Give Coyote Flaco a try if you’re ever in the area."

"I have given this restaurant many chances but I am done. I order from them Pretty frequently and it amazes me how they always seem to do something wrong. It’s never the taste of the food though (which is why I’ve always reordered), it’s always that they forget something or over charge me. The WORST part is, their customer service!! I’ve literally had arguments with the employees there because they refuse to believe they were wrong or they forgot something. And they just don’t care to make it right. Well this was the last time they are getting my money because never again."

"We decided to dine here for my niece’s birthday dinner. We felt a bit separated from the rest of the restaurant right away. We had forgotten our masks and asked if they had extras or we would go grab some. The hostess said it was fine and seated us directly to the side of the hostess station which was on the left of the front door. We had a party of 9 and had two little tables put together. We made a comment that it might be too little room and the hostess said “no, we will make it fit.” At one point I was stacking our plates on a barstool that was next to the booth. Our waiter seemed preoccupied with the rest of his tables, as we waited for refills for drinks for long periods and a side of guacamole that was ordered with a meal. He mixed up the kids meals and left out a Mac and cheese. He brought it when everyone was finished eating. Luckily our baby loves Mexican food. He might’ve had a hard time because he didn’t write down our order. On to the food! Mine and my best friend’s Chile rellanos were tasty. I ordered mine with extra cheese, but it seemed to have the same amount of my bff. They were very lacking in size compared to other rellanos I’ve enjoyed. My bffs husbands grande burrito was pretty good. He did actually think they left out the steak, but the waiter insisted it was there and sure enough he dug and found a few pieces. Not anywhere near 1/3 of the burrito like it’s advertised to have. The kids ate all their Mac and cheese and chicken fingers so they said it was yummy. The ground beef on top of my child’s nachos looked and tasted very greasy. She didn’t eat much. The enchiladas were good, but again lacking in portion. All in all, the service was poor, and the food disappointing. Some was tasty but maybe for lunch specials at a discounted price. We left feeling hungry and confused. For $150 bill we shouldn’t have to hit McDonald’s on the way home. I will say that it was also kind of uncomfortable where we were seated when it got extremely busy. Everyone watched us eating and we felt as though we offended the staff for not having masks. We certainly would’ve gotten them if the hostess had told us to. We would never want to make anyone feel uncomfortable or anything bad. I gave this two stars because most of the food was tasty."

"We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. Two people who arrived after us were served, finished their meals, and left before our food even arrived. We waited about 20 minutes for simple tacos, and only received them after we had to remind the waitress. To make matters worse, the beef tacos we ordered were very dry, which further added to our dissatisfaction with the overall service."

"The food at El Cafetal Mexican was just average, and the delivery experience was fine as well. However, I faced a major issue with the pricing. The menu indicated that three tacos were priced at $6, but I ended up being charged $10.50. When I called to discuss this, the person on the phone was quite rude. She dismissed my concerns and insisted that I was mistaken about the menu prices, offering me the option to either return the tacos or pay the amount charged. When I sought further assistance, she mentioned that the owner could help, but he didn’t speak English. I asked to speak with him anyway. After our conversation, he claimed to be unaware of my confusion and stated that they had changed the prices a decade ago. This experience was really disappointing, and I won’t be coming back to El Cafetal Mexican."

"My friend and I enjoyed a very delicious meal today at this restaurant! I was visiting from Chicago and she recommended Fiesta En Cancun because of her prior visits there. She ordered a chicken fajita and I ordered a shrimp fajita. We really enjoyed our food immensely! I have never in LIFE received a food order so quickly after placing the order. The atmosphere was really pleasant with a nice decor, but also I was very impressed with our kind and friendly Waiter! I would highly recommend this restaurant to my family and friends! "El Bolero is a perfect spot for a festive cocktail and meal. We met for dinner before a concert downtown. The drinks are outstanding, finally had the famous Oilman Margarita . Its beautiful and it doesn 't disappoint. I love the queso here- it 's my favorite in Dallas, and the chips are crisp and lightly seasoned. The food is delicious- I had the vegetarian enchiladas, my friends had the burrito, barbacoa tacos and soup. The side of fried okra was delicious. Dessert was a treat- we shared 3 options. Our favorite was the caramel filled churros, followed by the fried ice cream and then the Dulce de Leche Neopolitan. The waitstaff are nice and the dinner was fun and relaxing. They are not pushing you out, and the service is a little slow. Go with time to relax and unwind!"

"I have ordered delivery through Grubhub from Al Horne a couple of times and I have had very good experiences. The food arrives on time and is warm and the shakes are still cold and very securely packed. The burritos I have had from here are the CactusBurrito and the Al Horno Burrito. Both were flavorful and moist. The shakes I have ordered are the Playa Pitaya Smoothie andthe Marathon Shake. Both were good but the price was a little high. Overall a good experience!"

"This is the Best, freshest Mexican food I've eaten in Palo Alto, Peninsula and South Bay. Definitely underrated! I've been to many restaurants and Lulu's is by far the best. After eating this you can feel your body energized with excellent nutrition. I can't believe how many people give poor reviews that have absolutely nothing to do with the quality of food nor the customer service. I been to this place about a dozen times and every time I visit, Always consistent, fresh and delicious. Erica and the crew are always welcoming and friendly. I worked in the restaurant industry for 25+ years and the service is always impeccable. ? I came in today to buy food for my family whom my sister is at Stanford ICU and Erica was truly compassionate about my sister's well being. I wish there was more people like Erica who love what they do and show care for others in the world. I want to express my gratitude to all of the team and Erica for showing love to my family and delivering the quality of food they produce to keep us healthy. I'll be forever customer for now on! "Absolutely incredible food! The staff are so friendly! It’s extremely vegan and vegetarian-friendly, yet still a great option for meat lovers. Even though I'm not a local, I’m always impressed each time I visit. The prices are incredibly affordable and the food is delicious! The owner mentioned that they offer catering on short notice, and I just noticed that their catering menu includes breakfast tacos! My only complaint is that they close too early—I’d love to enjoy their food for dinner too, haha!"

"Carlos was absolutely rude and should not be a manager. He served me on a dirt napkin the first drink. I ordered a Mango Margarita. I noticed that Carlos did not even pour 2 oz of tequila in the drink. He free poured for 2 secs. I tasted it and it was watered down. I then asked him what he would reccommend and he was very short and nasty with me. Saying I dont know I like them all just pick already. I asked for him to make another one this one top shelf since it tasted watered down. Carlos then pours Luna Azul Tequila which is not Top Shelf! Carlos then shakes up the drink again without putting fresh ice in a cup. Once again its watered down. Carlos was being very rude and discriminatory towards me and I frequent this location a lot for lunch. I have never felt so disrespected and insulted in my life. Carlos needs to be demoted and another person in place that actually cares about making drinks."

"The food at this restaurant was fantastic! The Orden Cheese Quesadillas were perfect - I ate one right away and was able to reheat the other one later, and it crisped up nicely.
