"This is the Best, freshest Mexican food I've eaten in Palo Alto, Peninsula and South Bay. Definitely underrated! I've been to many restaurants and Lulu's is by far the best. After eating this you can feel your body energized with excellent nutrition. I can't believe how many people give poor reviews that have absolutely nothing to do with the quality of food nor the customer service. I been to this place about a dozen times and every time I visit, Always consistent, fresh and delicious. Erica and the crew are always welcoming and friendly. I worked in the restaurant industry for 25+ years and the service is always impeccable. ? I came in today to buy food for my family whom my sister is at Stanford ICU and Erica was truly compassionate about my sister's well being. I wish there was more people like Erica who love what they do and show care for others in the world. I want to express my gratitude to all of the team and Erica for showing love to my family and delivering the quality of food they produce to keep us healthy. I'll be forever customer for now on! Thank you Lulu's for hiring a wonderful friendly staff. They treat you like family and that's the kind of family/business I rather give my money to. Once again Thank you from heart to yours! Try anything on this menu, they have authentic, unique, flavorful Mexican food. Vegetarian options: They have a grilled veggie burrito that has squash, zucchini, peppers, and carrots. It is so good.

The Burritos are delicious, but the staff is so surly that I hesitate to undo next. I never felt compelled to leave a critique before until tonight when people worked there, so rudely rude and unpleasant. This is a problem that could easily be handled by better management!

Usually eat at Lulu’s on the Alameda but had an errand at Town and Country and stopped by to have a Jalapeño and Cheese Burrito with Cilantro rice and Black beans and hot sauce. Surprisingly Town And Country was not crowded with Paly High School kids at noon today. Fresh Mex is how Lulu’s got famous and popular
