"This is the Best, freshest Mexican food I've eaten in Palo Alto, Peninsula and South Bay. Definitely underrated! I've been to many restaurants and Lulu's is by far the best. After eating this you can feel your body energized with excellent nutrition. I can't believe how many people give poor reviews that have absolutely nothing to do with the quality of food nor the customer service. I been to this place about a dozen times and every time I visit, Always consistent, fresh and delicious. Erica and the crew are always welcoming and friendly. I worked in the restaurant industry for 25+ years and the service is always impeccable. ? I came in today to buy food for my family whom my sister is at Stanford ICU and Erica was truly compassionate about my sister's well being. I wish there was more people like Erica who love what they do and show care for others in the world. I want to express my gratitude to all of the team and Erica for showing love to my family and delivering the quality of food they produce to keep us healthy. I'll be forever customer for now on! "Good food for price. Location is close to downtown Newnan. Plenty of items on Menu to choose from. Service was very good and staff was mostly friendly. Food was served very quickly after we ordered it which was nice. Location also has a few vegetarian options which was nice. The chips and salsa was really good too. Chips were very fresh. 4 star as place could use little more cleaning and parking lot has small parking spots. Will recommend to others and will visit again for sure."

"This place used to have wonderful food but I don't know what happened. It is a long drive for us but we made the trek last week simply for the food and I was so disappointed. The service was great and the atmosphere was good. The food was a major disappointment. It had no flavor. I had the tamale, burrito and enchilada. My son said the quesadilla was okay. "However, I do have a few minor suggestions. I would prefer if the jalapeños were chopped into smaller pieces instead of being in decent-sized rounds. Also, on my most recent visit, the cheese on my nachos wasn't fully melted; there was a small chunk left. Additionally, the shrimp and meats were a little bland on their own, although they were still enjoyable when combined with the other toppings. Overall, the Nachos Locos are a great choice if you enjoy a variety of meats, and I highly recommend adding the cilantro and pico de gallo."

"Tucked away in a corner close to two awkwardly placed stoplights is a little Mexican gem with tight parking on an incline. But all of that doesn 't take away from what Plaza Garcia has to offer. If you are looking for superior customer service and great food at a reasonable (inflation adjusted price, this is it. On a hot summer day after a trip to the Juanita Friday market, we decided to grab some dinner even though it felt early bird(ish . The corn on the cob and the Salvadorian Horchata that we consumed at the market generated a kind of half empty half full hunger. We had driven by Plaza Garcia enough times to not ignore the 100% reopening and the packed tables. We caved! A decision that proved right I would say. We were seated right away and offered the traditional salsa and tortilla chips. We asked for hot salsa and the waitstaff got us 2 (a tomatillo and a chili . Very tasty and what can you say when you are offered seconds given that we ordered the Molcajete which does take time to make. We also got the vegetarian burrito. We were quite pleased with the Molcajete served with flour tortillas even though we could not figure out where the Nopales were hiding. Some of the best grilled meats and seafood. The rice and beans did not stand out as much...sort of like La Preferida if you know what I mean. The vegetarian burrito was decent though it lacked sauce on the bottom which would have really enhanced the flavor. Overall, a great experience and am sure it wasn 't the hunger writing this review : If you are looking to support small businesses, Plaza Garcia deserves your best shot."

"Saw lots of high reviews, so I gave it a shot. Very average food. Not bad, but underwhelmed.Basic enchiladas and tacos. Taco meat had no distinctive taste, basically no seasoning to it. Tasted like hamburger meat with salt and pepper. Enchiladas ends were hard and dry, the sauce on top was minimal, had to ask for more.Rice had several large clumps. When I arrived there were only three occupied tables so not busy until I left.Mexican food in Southern states is so much better. You can taste richness and the cultural spices, not hot, just more flavor that you can taste and even smell as food arrives at table. "If you love Chile relleno then I highly recommend their Chile relleno burrito. I had it door dashed so I was surprised it was still hot when it arrived. So I could tell it had just been made. It's got rice, refried beans and a Chile relleno oozing with melted Monterey Jack cheese.  And unlike other Mexican rice I've tried theirs has a vey good flavor . So simple yet so satisfying. Will definitely have it again."

"Friendly staff as seated right away, it's my first time here for my wife and me so we're excited what they have in the menu. As I started reading the menu and seen familiar Mexican favorites I decided to order the Steak Ranchero and wife ordered something new. When my order came with my surprise it's not the steak ranchero I expected from Mexican restaurants I always go, my order is like a bit modified it got a egg over easy, rice kinda lite and no tortilla or no onions on top. "My name is Joe S. and I visited this restaurant on February 18th at around 6:15. I had been here before for a date night with my wife before heading to a movie at 7:55. We ordered Guacamole, a beer, and a coke for an appetizer, placed our order for dinner (just the two of us), and then waited for an hour. My coke ran out after 45 minutes and we never received a refill. The waiter never checked in to give us an idea of when our food would arrive. Finally, at 7:22, I told my wife we needed to go to the movie so we called the waitress over. She apologized and brought our bill for the drinks and appetizer, even though we never got to eat. I used to frequent this restaurant but it seems like I will need to find somewhere else to dine in the future."
